Textbook of Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) 7th Edition

The quality of the book, in terms of paper and image clarity etc., is very good. The content is very great knowledge to have, and although it's advanced, it's presented in a way that's fairly easy to understand. But have some caffeine or energy drinks available, because it's still very dry and will put you to sleep.

Steps of neonatal resuscitation are clearly delineated with frequent review and assessment of understanding from one chapter to the next. Excellent preparation for certification in NRP, as well as for regular review to maintain high level of ability to perform steps of resuscitation for the newborn.

The lessons were up to their standard excellent presentation and printing quality. I am prepared for my NRP provider recertification! I had difficulty reading the last line of each page on my laptop Kindle Cloud Reader-when I paged down it would not be visible and I’d be on the next page. There may be a way to use the scroll function. I switched to the Kindle app on my iPad Pro and used the scroll down function and it solved the problem. Good quality program. I wish it was $10 less expensive.

This edition was so easy to follow. Much, much better than the previous edition. I wish all text books were written like this one! I especially liked how pertinent tables, graphs, pictures all appeared next to the relevant text. There was no need to go fishing around for anything.

The book is well written. It goes through step by step of all aspects of neonatal resuscitation and is quite in depth for learners of all backgrounds. The book is decently long because of this depth. There are great illustrations to facilitate learning. There are chapter summaries and practice questions with answers. If you have a decent medical background, this book is a quick read. Overall, it is a must read for anyone taking the NRP the first time. Seems overpriced though.

Good quality book. I have been using this book for the past two weeks and it is till in perfect condition. Based on other reviews I was a little hesitant to order since some books fell apart but that was not the case for me. trust me I liked andyou can't beat the price!!

Book was written clearly with review of material at end of chapters. I did not like the Sim events because I had difficulty understanding the way to initiate the event and how to move through the content correctly. It wud have been good to see how the entire event should have gone prior to my attempting to replicate it.
