my family have been using this vitamin K2 for well over a year now and we have found it to be an excellent make, to take along with our vitamin D3, its very important to have vitamin K2 in order for your body to metabolise the vitamin D3,so it goes into your bones and its not just floating round your blood stream. as we are dairy intolerant, and the sun doesn't shine enough in Wales, using supplements does make a difference and I would not purchase another brand, as this is a tiny pill, easy to take with no unpleasant taste at all and it works. I take a prescribed high strength calcium supplement every day for osteoporosis which I was diagnosed with in 2012 after I fractured a bone in my spine whilst sitting down!. I am male and at that time I was only in my 50s so this diagnosis took me by surprise as this disease primarily affects older females and osteoporosis in males is rare. My research led me to information that Vitamin K2 diverts excessive calcium deposits in my body from my arteries and my heart to aid strengthening of my bones. I took advice from my GP and have been taking Vitamin K2 for about 3 years now at the same time as the calcium. I recommend these tablets as they are easy to swallow.

I use this product to keep my arteries free of calcium.The reason why I need to take it is because I am on Warfarin ( blood thinners) and the long term bi product of being on Warfarin is depositing of calcium in your arteries. No one ever tells you that you have to look it up yourself. Vitamin K2 will start to remove the calcium straight away from your arteries and redirects it to your bones and teeth where it belongs. I take one vitamin k2 tablet daily.

A friend told me about taking vitamin K2 along with D3 because it helps stop the veins from calcifying, I don't know if it is helping, many things we do not know, until we stop taking them, then we realize they were helping. So, I am sorry if this is no help. These tablets are small so they are easy to swallow with fluid. Both my husband and I take them, we are both older. probably fitter inside than out ha ha
