This cord isn't super soft, it's more sturdy. Very easy to work with, vibrant color.

This was my first time doing macrame and the cord was easy to work with and very soft. No odors from the dye either. I did not have any trouble with the ends fraying. The grey is lovely, slightly heathered and not too light or too dark. I've already placed a second order and am planning more projects. The bonus beads are beautiful - wooden and enameled in shades of orange and brown. Cord arrived well packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrapping and the cord is one long cord, not pieces together. Thanks!

I was a bit disappointed with this 4 mm cotton cord. First, it is not 4 mm in thickness, more like 3.5 mm. And the cotton cording is cheap and stringy looking like the kind of cotton you would find on a mop head. It also frays easily. I was able to use for my desired purpose, which was to make a gray wall hanging for my family room but I would not buy this brand of cord again.

Always happy with this string. Soft and lovely to work with. Have purchased many times and multiple colors. Never encountered a tie off.

This cord has been very nice to work with. Colors are true to pictures posted. Cord is 3 strand. Very soft in hands. Combs out nicely for feather/leaves. I purchased for wall hanging that used several colors, knots and had combed out leaves/ feathers. Very pleased with final project. I had no problems with cord. No cuts or frayed pieces where they shouldn't be. No odor. Received product when promised. Will purchase again and would recommend this cord!

Cord came in beautiful colors that were exactly as expected and seemed to be dyed with high quality. I picked bold colors and have not had any color transfer to my hands or anything else thus far. Really easy to work with as a beginner. This is my first time using macramae cord so I don’t know if this happens with all cord but the ends seemed to fray really easily. I ended up knotting the ends to prevent fraying. However, I ended up cutting that part off at the end so maybe the fraying is just normal and expected and it did make it easy to make a tassel at the end.

This cord did have a break in the cord part-way through, that the company re-tied. I wasn't thrilled with this. When working macrame, it's best to have one continues line of cord that the user can cut to their desired length as needed. However, I cut that section out and used the smaller cord as a wrapping cord, so it wasn't a total loss. the cord is soft, and does a decent job with knotting. So overall, I liked it. I have not yet decided whether I will use this company again, though, because of the break and re-tie...

The cord it’s self is good, happy to be using it but i bought this green and the salmon color and they are supposed to be the same amount although i came up 9 feet short on the green. If If wasn’t using this for a big project I would have never known but 9 feet is a drastic difference for my project. Unfortunately I have to buy more but probably will not order after this project as I expected honest measurements in my purchase.

The size was exactly as described in the description, have ordered before elsewhere and the size was not right... Love the softness of the cord, the cords have no smell at all, clean corde, very well packed. I'm not a craft person but I found the cord easy to use (& to undo my mistakes). It's a lovely chocolate brown and, after completing 4 macrame for the mason jars, still have about half a roll remaining. Can't speak to complex projects, but for basic ones like mine, it was perfect!

This has got to be the most softest cord i’ve ever worked with! I’m so glad to have found this here on amazon! Highly recommend this cord! Super soft and easy to work with! Just got this delivered in a day and I like how it was packaged! I came with free wooden beads which I appreciate and a Thank You card. The pink macrame cord feels soft but also durable and I cannot wait to start my project. I decided to purchase one first (I was eyeing the other colours) but I think I'm gonna order more soon!

The quality is ok but orange is not the same as what is on the picture. Don't get me wrong, it's a good product but for someone who want's to match an orange...it is a lighter than the picture.
