Good quality. Good connectivity almost all of the time. Range is decent; but i have a smaller home than most. I like not sending all info to the cloud; my recorded activity is in house! I like the solar charging feature. Fairly easy to install; I had my grandson install one set over garage and one set in the back yard. I have set for human only, which it does most of the time; except at night it picks up a few vehicles; maybe it can see a human head in the dark thru the windows??

I really wanted to like the product. I can live with the video quality, it seems Eufy compresses video so it's not amazing, but workable. The audio/mic overall is not impressive, but that's not the reason I bought it for. Installation and instructions were easy to follow. My goal was to have a cam pick up motion and record the action. This Eufy 2c Pro hardly picked up motion, human or not. There were times cats or people walking by got picked up. It was a great feeling to see and get a notification when the delivery/mailman dropped off items, but for the most part it was rare when it actually worked. I'd say it detected motion 2/9 times. What's even worse, I've tested both cameras at different hours of the day and at times No push notifications No video recordings. For an item like this and the price, not worth it. Basically it works less than half of the time, so if something happens or there's activity to capture, it probably isn't going to work. I have done all troubleshooting and followed all instructions in the forums. I have restarted the system, fully charged, set motion to MAX sensitivity, erased and formatted the device a few times. While this seemed to help, the issue eventually comes back within hours and you end up with cameras that don't react, not even when you stand in front of it and wave right back. I have experience with a different brand of camera that cost me 1/10th the price(not an exaggeration) and it works flawlessly. Of course, that cam is used for different purposes and I was enticed by the no cloud/no monthly fees with this Eufy one. I am tech savvy and while I had no issues with the set up, ultimately it's the product that fails. I'd give this a 1 out of 5 stars, but I want to make sure people know what they're getting with this product. A camera that doesn't deliver and far from a quality product. Buyer beware.

Easy to install. Great lasting batteries. I’ve had them for a few months and haven’t charged them yet. I live on a corner house which is pretty busy so they see a lot of action and they’re still going strong. Video quality is good. I have it set up for short videos but I’d like to have longer ones for when it’s needed. Also I’d like to be able to set recording times but it doesn’t have that feature that I’ve found. They’re either on or off. Notifications work great too.

Looking to replace my no longer supported Arlo cams so I figured I’d give these a try. I already had their doorbell so this was natural to expand with eufy. My issues are a few but maybe my expectations are too high. The base that comes with this pro set is not the better base, it’s the lower end model. For the price of the set, I guess I should not complain. And I can upgrade the base for $100 through eufy directly. That allows for more storage, I’m sure it’s faster, and more capable of reviewing faster. But I immediately tried the free cloud storage trial and only found out later that the cloud storage is limited to 1080p recordings, not the 2k the cameras supposedly can do. So 2k cams recording at 1080p and paying $9.99 a month to shrink quality of recording. I was concerned if someone broke in and took the base, my recordings would be gone and also review of videos would take longer from the device vs. cloud. So I haven’t tried without the cloud. I find at times when I go in and try to review recent videos, it just sits there like it’s locked up. So I close the program completely, put my phone in airplane mode, then back onto WiFi, and back into program, then I can see images. At 3am with an unusual alert, you want immediate access not all this nonsense. Tech support suggested some things and didn’t resolve the issue. The quality is decent, and the app is easy to work with. The flexibility in recording and scheduling modes is way easier than others I’ve used or tried. So that stuff is good. Lots of flexibility in recording modes, and all that stuff. Added a pan/tilt indoor cam and found out it isn’t compatible with the base this has, so inserted a memory card and am sending video to the cloud. This ultimately ties you into the cloud unless you upgrade the base. Seems like that’s a hook to spend more money, either on the base or on the cloud. Overall for the price I’d say it’s better than others I’ve tried and unless going to a commercial grade system, this is about as good as it’ll get. And it isn’t all that bad. No removable batteries so when the batteries go I guess you just buy new cams. Haven’t had to deal with this and hope it’s at least a couple of years before I do. Batteries do seem to hold a decent charge. Front camera gets a lot of activity and recording so adding a solar panel and see how that works out. But can’t really complain about that.

quick, easy setup (within 5 minutes) and response from off to live stream is much better than my old Arlo system. - video is clear, you have the option to use IR night vision (B&W) or spotlight on for color night vision. - once the internal storage reaches its limit, you can download each clip before the system overwrite starts deleting the oldest files. This is the best feature for me as local storage lets you avoid any monthly charges for cloud storage (you still have that option if you choose to). The fact that it saves it straight to my photos on iPhone without me having to click anything else is awesome! Will update if necessary as time goes on but really liking this so far. Nice work Eufy, this oldfart isnt so grumpy anymore ;)

I bought these cameras due to someone stealing one of our Amazon packages and the property management not having any thing they could do regarding it with no cameras on the premises. These cameras provide excellent quality picture and are very easy to install and pair to the home base. The selling feature for me is that the home base stores the video footage, and you do not require to have a subscription like, for example the Arlo's. I had them installed within about 15 minutes including pairing and updating. The only downside for some is that you will have to charge the cameras every once in a while. However, that is not a problem in my case. Also, please note that these cameras can operate from the home base wirelessly and the home base does not have to be hardwired as some of the reviews suggests. I also live in a stacked townhouse on the third floor and these reach all the way down to my garage.
