Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I'm Suffering from pneumonia, so thought I'd buy a oximeter to track that i wasn't getting any worse. Decided on this one & received it next day. Couldn't get it on to start but once we figured out the batteries, it turned on. Very bright display. Light,and easy to understand & read. Very accurate to my doctors readings in surgery.A little alarm sign flashes constantly in top of screen to alert you if the oxygen levels are too low. Feel safer knowing if i deteriorate any more i can call doctor or hospital.Brilliant price & would recommend 100% , Can't fault it up to now, and batteries are supplied with unit, so no stress getting it started .

Firstly, my dislikes: The instructions were obviously printed in China and were not as clear or as precise as the actual I would have expected (shame). On the up side, there is not a great deal to understand as regards the instructions. I am almost 70 and suffer with learning difficulties.... yet managed to use it with good results.NOW, THE ALL IMPORTANT LIKES: This NHS approved Portable Finger Oximeter does what it says on the tin. It is robust, easy to use, and reassuring when the results are in your favour..... Otherwise, as at the time of purchase, I was quite ill with a severe chest infection, hence the need for this useful gadget.In a word.... BRILLIANT!!!! And well worth the purchase.

This is an easy to use Oximeter that is good value - and accurate (giving similar results to the NHS device my Mum uses).Unlike most other Oximeters available on Amazon, this one comes complete with the necessary 2x AAA batteries. There is also a handy lanyard. The display is clear and easy to read and understand.My only small gripe concerns the useless instructions. That said, they aren't really necessary! Same day delivery was appreciated.

Does what it's supposed to do , my sats are normally 96 ( copd) got this after being prescribed meds over the phone and being advised to check my oxygen levels , were sitting at 93/94 which is about right with having an infection. Easy to use , I had no problems with the batteries as some have reported

What a waste of time & money, tried every way to install batteries, got it switched on no problem but will not display the numerical levels, have been trying to return for a refund since the 29th April, the day after I received the item, as I need to order a new one. Its not a battery issue as tested it with new batteries and clearly its switched on but now the issue is with Hermes picking it up before the date its due to be returned by expires, can't get beyond the machine says, we're working hard to pick up your parcel, really it takes a full 2 Months? Very upset at this level of service, can't make it out to post myself. Disgraceful lack of communication or feedback from seller/Hermes and Amazon. Left out of pocket for useless item.

This is the first unbroken item I have returned to Amazon, didn’t work, didn’t register pulse either on me or my husband, thought it might be due to me having a Pacemaker but similar pulsometer works.we changed the batteries to no avail. Returning to Amazon as not fit for purpose.

The item arrived I tried it out but first time got nothing .Started it again and all I got was oximeter flashing on 88 and blood pressure on 69Third time I tried left it on 2 minute 20 seconds nothing but oximeter flashing again on 88 then it turned itself off .Totally erratic and and stuck on the start setting off 88 and 888 and just flashes for 2 minutes then turns itself off. Sent back next day
