These ab wheels are a bit more dangerous to use than one might imagine and too many people over extend or over do it which can easily cause an injury. This kit is okay...it's easy to put together and you would think the larger wheel would make it more stable...but it doesn't. The shape of the wheel itself is enough to cause a tilt to one side or the other and trying to "carve" a turn out to the left or right is pretty easy.The enclosed jump rope is no big deal and if our use of it is any sign, you can thow it out with the packaging.A major minus of this package is the foam knee pad which you kneel on when doing the ab wheel exercises. It is so thin and small as to be virtually worthless. My knees hurt when using it and after a couple of exercises my knees came off it entirely.I like the idea of a wider ab wheel, but this is not the one I would like to use daily. And if you're going to give extras, like a jump rope, it should at least be a decent one or it becomes a minus. Major need for these is a nice thick supportive knee pad which, as I pointed out, is not what you get with this package.If you want an ab wheel, I recommend you look elsewhere. You won't be happy with this one.

Very happy with this purchase. I am a 200+ lbs man and have had no issues with the roller or handles, and I use it every day. Extremely easy to put together. The jump rope was a nice add on. The only complaint is the small pad included, not very cushioning, but again that was a free add on when compared to other products that just come with the roller. Definitely recommend this!

Seen a guy at the gym use something similar to this I was like that is for pansies! So got an ablounge chair. I can honestly say there is no better core workout than one of these wheels. I’m very happy for the investment here

As described, easy to put together and rolls on any surface. Works well with my body boss system or by itself. Like the color and design. I'm 6'2 and 190lbs and support my weight and still has a nice smooth roll.

I like this product. Easy to use. Light weight. Carry around with easy. If your going to the gym or going the park to work out with friends.
