These little packs get super hot so the sleeve provided is necessary. Even with the sleeve, it's still a lil too hot. Need them after UFE procedure and it really helps with cramping. Not sure how long the heat lasts since I just started.

I got this because I wanted to use it to relieve my menstrual cramps. First, the size was misrepresented because I thought it was bigger. Most importantly, it was extremely difficult to pop and activate the heat pack. I squeezed for a long time and was only able to pop 2. I had to order a different one even though I had about 20 unused packs left. Definitely a waste of my money!

I rarely write reviews. But I feel I need to. I used a different brand heat packs at the hospital and thought they were amazing. So, I bought these for relief from nerve pain. They were a big waste of money. Most of them did not work. My brother in law needed one at Christmas. I gave him 2 and neither popped. I brought out 13 more and there was actually a competition to see whose would pop. Only 4 of the 13 popped. This is not counting the other ones I tried to use before that were also duds. If you are looking to purchase these, I would take all of these comments seriously. Check out others first.

I like the heat packs. It’s a good size and gets really hot. Definitely recommend using the sleeves provided. My only complaint is it doesn’t stay hot long enough! Other than that it has served me well and a great value for the price.

Squeeze the bag together and listen for the “pop” then shake vigorously. They warm up in seconds and last about 20 mins. I use these in my clinic to help draw blood. Apply these to the skin or a minute or two with the mesh jacket that comes with them and vein pops up nicely, making my job so much easier! They have many other uses too!

Half of these packs cannot be popped so they won't heat up. The ones that do heat up get very hot very fast - almost too hot, but they do not last long - maybe 30 minutes at most. Not quite what I was hoping for.

You get what you pay for. We bought these as an affordable option to warm the wafers for our son's colostomy changes, then to lay the hot pack on the whole bag system once it's been placed on our boy. Some could not be popped even by my husband who rakes concrete for a living. Some when popped barely provided any heat and couldn't be used to effectively warm the wafers. While some were so hot we could hardly touch them, let alone lay them with a towel barrier on skin. There were maybe 10 Goldilocks bags that actually used what they were supposed to do. What did work was good but all in all not worth the money.
