Maybe you got a lemon, I would return it. My purchase was for my grandson & it works fine.

frog works fine for me. the on-off swtich being the battery compartment could have been better thought out, although mine works fine. my 1 year old likes it but it's a little large for his small bath. maybe once he moves to the actual bath tub then he can play with it more. I'll keep it.

Q: Why waasn't there instructions with this toy? I think i can go by whats on the box,but don't ubderstand whats on the bottom of the frog with the six s crews in it..

Undo the screws and put batteries in., be sure to replace screws tightly.

Q: How is the product quality?

My three year old broke it almost immediately
