In short: this canopy is excellent for a heavy-duty one at this price point. It looks and feels like something that will actually last, but it does not appear that the frame itself is made of solid steel.I have done camping, boondocking/overlanding, and backyard entertaining for over a decade, and most canopies do not fare very well under wind. This one actually held up well in Joshua Tree 3 months ago with a dust storm hitting us in the afternoon. I had expected the fabric to rip or the frame to buckle -- but it did not. The wide base feet with the included weight bags held the fort down solid.I have absolutely no trouble at all setting this up and taking it down alone. The trick is to place one corner where you want it, grab the opposite corner, lift, and stretch it into place. Once it is mostly expanded, press upward on the slider (moving the canopy itself up, not the legs) until it clicks into place, then click into place all the other corners. After that, you simply lift each leg one at a time. Until I discovered that trick, setting up these metal canopies had always been a pain in the rear even with two people, but try out what I had just described.When you take it down, you do the same thing in reverse. First, lower all four legs, unfasten the corner velcro, grab any one of the legs, lift and walk it toward the opposite leg. The entire tent will simply fold up. After that, bag the tent by swinging the bag behind your back, and applying it by sliding it over the top of your head onto the tent. This effectively guides the bag over the tent so that it can slide down onto the bag unhindered. The whole operation of take down or set up takes me easily less than 5 minutes moving at a normal pace.

I read reviews before I bought this and it seems many were unhappy with how flimsy the frame is and thin the cover was. While this may be some what true, you have to understand what your buying! The tubing is thin so that it’s light weight, if it was thick enough so the tubes would not bend the thing would weight 400lbs. Therefore, You CAN NOT buy this and expect it to survive a rainstorm, windstorm etc. this is a sun shade people and is meant to be taken down before a storm. I laughed at some of these negative reviews, I’m surprised there wasnt someone saying it didn’t hold snow. Lol. If you take the time to carefully unfold and fold up (do not force this when folding up as the frame WILL bend or kink), you will get allot of life out of these. The trick is to have a min of 2 people but 3-4 is better and carefully and slowly walk the corners in to the center at the same time and speed while jiggling it to get the arms to fold and slide. If you just grab the corners and force it to the center you won’t be a happy camper, and do not try to fold up by yourself, it doesn’t work that way, the corners need to all be moved into center at the same time. If you leave one on the ground it will bind and you will bend the frame, just your time and treat it what for it it’s…..a “sunshade”. I used this at my house and recently during one week camping trip with the sandbags attached thought light wind, rain etc and never once did I have an issue. Also when placing the material on, gently slide it over the top, if it snags STOP don’t keep pulling! Just guide it over the ribs until you can latch the Velcro down. It’s not complicated. Most importantly have fun and make good use of these, for the price you can’t beat it.

I purchased this canopy or tent awhile back and I’m very happy with this product. Last Memorial Day weekend my mom and dad asked me to bring this tent to the park and they were so impressed and we received a lot of complements and praised from all the people around us. First, it is very to set up. You can do it by yourself but it’s much more easier and convenient when there’s another person to help you out 10-15 and it’s done. Second, construction, design and material used are strong and durable. The metal they used is not flimsy at all, they sprayed it with powder coated paint to avoid it from rusting. The fabric they used for the roof is thick, durable and strong to withstand the weather. The design of the roof is pitched so it doesn’t collect water when it rains. Third, the adjustable locking height settings and mechanism is so easy to do and the button you pushed is so soft and easy too. Lastly the carrying bag has wheels for fast and easy transport and transfer. Inside the bag is everything you need to make the canopy more sturdier during set up, 4 sandbags , rope and stake. Originally I bought this tent to cover me from the the hot sun on the weekend when I do my home project and barbecue with the family. Very happy with this buy, thank you for a great product.

The canopy was perfect for an outdoor company event we had and was easy to assemble, took maybe 10 minutes. I gave 4 stars because two of the sandbags broke and started leaking after one use but you don't really have to use them if you tie the canopy down.

I love the fact that this comes with a carrying case on wheels. Was very sturdy, took 2 people Extend It out but one could do it with a little extra time. The canopy top was easy to put on and very strong belcrow to connect to each of the metal posts and the metal posts extend up-and-down in height to 3 different height levels. When fully extended you can stand up nicely inside it It only took I'd say about 14 minutes to put together maybe 15. Maybe 15. Taking it apart was less than 10 minutes. It has sandbags that you can fill free cheeks leg to weigh it down in case it's windy also has stakes that you can put in the ground with rope to help hold it down.

It's not sturdy, legs are fragile springs inside the legs easly fly it was set up for 2 days rain came in the night when i look at it in the morning the legs were twist and broken from the water that gather on the top even though it was set up properly without any sagging in the cover.Now i need 2 replacement legs look around but can't find any parts for this brand. So sad.

We liked the product. We used it during 2021. When I took it out this spring I noticed the torn guy line tab. I tried to reinforce it but it failed very quickly. I will attempt to replaced the tabs.

Good canopy the carrying bag needs to be improved already tore in the first use
