Worked great for my daughter's room. I bought it so the switch will be within reach for her. She's 6. I like the fabric cord.

It was exactly what I wanted and great quality. I returned it because I thought i could cut the plug off and hard wire it but was told not to do this.

Good product and has a good vintage look except the socket is mostly plastic which is fine because it is going into a shade that will hide it. I would recommend to anyone who was in the market for a vintage look but just know the light socket is plastic not metal if that matters.

Exactly as I wanted and expected. The wire is pretty long and a bit thicker/sturdier than I expected it to be! The power switch is conveniently located close enough to the plug. Looks and works exactly as advertised. Would be even more awesome if they made a version with a dimmer!

2 years since I bought this. Has held up greatand still works and looks like new.

This was a really great purchase for me. I had a requirement to run some light fixtures outside so I could deploy some bug zapper bulbs, that I also purchased on AMAZON, and they did the trick. The construction of the cord is sturdy, and it's flexibility is exactly what I needed to run the cable in and around my patio cover so I could conceal it. I will definitely purchase this item again just as soon as I'm ready to tackle the front yard.
