Dog barked at it on the ground, hung by the door, whenever she saw it, for an entire week or more before I dared to put it on her. Very strange for a leash. Def haunted 5 stars would buy again.

We love this leash, it is perfect for agility training.

I like these! They took a while to come, and the pink is way way brighter than it looks in the picture, but other than that they’re nice. It’s more like a highlighter neon pink, so it doesn’t match her collar like I wanted. They’re a good length for walking my 50-60 lbs pits.

Mendota is a wonderful company that makes very durable leashes. I chose this leash for when I am walking my dog to and from the groomer or daycare. It is nice that it doesn’t take up a lot of room in my bag and I don’t have all the excess of a 4 foot or 6 foot leash in my hands. It keeps my well trained dog close to me when I need it. I do not use this as a walking leash as I do prefer to have a little length on a leash to let my dog regulate her pace next to me. Highly recommend this company/ brand for rope leashes.

The stitching of the leather is very weak. The color is cute though.

This leash keep my lab/pit mix close. When she get excited she can lunge forward with a ton of force on regular leashes. This one she can't go very far at all. I use this when i need to get her to a place i know she is excited to go to. I also use this when I know we will be passing a lot of people so I have full control. It fits in her doggie backpack when I know i can switch it out to the longer leash. If you let it hang their legs may get caught in the loop.Very sturdy material, I love the leather accents. I bought this in blue as well and ended up giving one to my neighbor for her American bulldog.

Does the job! It's great for training our dog to walk without a leash, while not breaking our HOA rules (dogs are not allowed to walk without a leash here - this one won't fall, dragging on the floor while we are training him, and he still has a leash "on"). We have 2 others from this brand and we love them. For it to be perfect, it only needs to be chew-proof, hehe.

I love these leashes.They are sturdy and last.I bought a 6ft one and this one is even better,It keeps my dog right by my side where I want him and I could pull him to the side if someone comes running at him.This leash is sturdy just like my other one and I am so happy I got it,This is a perfect leash to have your dog close to you and specially in a crowded area.

I am actually surprised at how soft this is to hold. I do generally wrap it around my wrist slightly as my grip is not the strongest. I use this in combination with a Gentle Leader head collar because my dog has this thing for one particular crosswalk and bursts into the road as soon as the signal beeps. (Excitement as he always thinks we will go to the park.) We are training and improving significantly, but as this is a safety issue I needed an immediate solution.If your dog is young or just likes to play with other dogs, I recommend bringing a regular leash with you. That way you have the option for an impromptu play session on your walk (away from cars, of course). I usually keep a waist leash under my coat so that I can remain hands-free-ish.If your dog likes to dart around, I recommend hooking a hands-free leash to the collar as a back up. If your dog gets away with just a traffic lead, he will be very difficult to catch without perfect recall.The clip seems quite secure and I have not noticed any wear through my dog's pulling. Please note that by using a head collar, my dog is not able to apply as much force as he could with a neck collar, so I have not tested the clip to its fullest capacity.

Got this one for the toddler who loves walking her doggo, it’s perfect for her tiny little hands and it’s just adorable watching her and her doggo together! (Thank god the doggo is patient with her!)

Arrived quickly and colours are nice and vibrant. Hardware is sturdy. Measure before you buy so you know where the leash will be held and the height of your dog.

Beautiful color , just as described and excellent quality ! This is going to help so much when I take my two out shopping with me .

Unfortunately, this traffic leash has started to unravel and fall apart after only a couple uses.I do not recommend.
