Great taste. Good value, Very healthy probiotics

I know that tofu is not for everyone, however those who know how to use it will find pleasure in making its many products such as yogurt, ice cream, puddings and more. Nice and smooth.

The use-by date passed over 6 weeks ago. It's an item that cannot be returned. I'm very disappointed. Requesting a refund. See photos.

I thought I was getting a 12ounce package but it’s only 10.8

I keep this on hand to make chocolate mouse. The recipe requires silken tofu- if you buy regular tofu, the dessert is grainy. I can no longer find silken tofu at my grocery store and getting to an Asian market in VT can be a problem, so I now order it from Amazon.

Used it to make mitarashi dango and they came out great!

Bought this for a miso soup recipe and when I opened it to use it crumbled into a bunch of pieces. Not consistent with silken tofu firmness / quality
