A best item for home workout
A good and sturdy material, best for home workout. Please don't compare this item from weighted plates or dumbell because it's work on your core strength not like weights do. Strong grips and rubber has quite good elasticity. Beginne can also use this for tone-up body.

Not enough resistance. 25 kg feels like 2 kg
Got green band of 25 kg. But feels very weak. Equivalent to 2 kgs. Waste of money and time.

Very bad I purchased this product in February 25 I am 50 yrs old and 60 kg weight while doing exercise its suddenly broken I fall down on floor while pulling it for exercise fortunately minor injury saved my life I request company to replace it because I purchased two more products but those are finePlease improve the quality and strengthReplace this item immediately
