pocket at the bottom of the bag which you can get more in
the problem with most of these bags is the edge seal if the sealing machine is too hot it actually Burns a hole in the sidewall of the bag, letting air in and liquid out. the point is that it doesn't happen to every bag. I solved the problem by buying a heat sealer myself, I seal both sides and then seal off the Ziplock, for long-term freezing I use the plastic tubes where you have to seal both ends, air is the biggest enemy of a freezer,eliminate that, and you eliminate, most of the freezer problems. In my opinion.PS I also have a vacuum pump.
