One of the mic holes on top is way off as shown in the picture. Big mistake made a great looking case useless

The back of the case is slippery. There is texture but not enough to grip on. It is a hard plastic backing. It does feel sturdy and offer good protection. The hole cut out for the top speaker holes are not correct. The two holes are very close together but this case has the hole cutout for the leftmost hole correctly placed but the rightmost one covered. I think that is why my phone calls have this tinny sound.

**UPDATE 6-11-2021**The manufacturer contacted me about my review and offered to send me another case of my choosing (they sent two different types to choose from). I kindly accepted the Slim Guard version, and it was a perfect fit for the phone. Great customer service, and quality products! I now will change my rating to 5 stars with this new case that fits my Samsung S21.The holes on the top do not line up. I'm really torn on what to do. Such a nice feeling and looking case. Lovvveee the forest green color. But didn't pay for a case that wouldn't fit correctly. So sad that I'm leaning towards returning.

Very sturdy protection. The attached pics show what happened to the phone 12hrs after the case is removed. The hard rubber/plastic edges of the case will destroy the phone's plastic finish that protects the sides of the phone. That will cause the peeled-off plastic protection on the phone to peel more and more over time. I had no such problem with the Otterbox case that I used with my old Galaxy phone because the rubber edges of that case were soft rubber. This is a good case of you get what you paid for.

At first I really liked this case: holds well, nice texture, sturdy, however things have changed after 2 weeks of usage:- the grip feels OK with the empty case, but as soon as you put your phone it doesn't hold well in hands. Not terrible however, 3 out of 5- the paint/texture has started to fade and peel off (check pictures).I do not recommend this case.

The two small pinhole size holes on the right of the top of the phone are covered by the product. One of these is a microphone, the other is a port for the earpiece/loudspeaker to breathe. Completely covered. It's my understanding that they have fixed this problem.

the profile is slim and it does have nice fit and styling however the issue is that it's rear texturing does not offer and real grip. If you place it on a surface it will slide right off.

I really like this case, I just got it yesterday so I don't know how it will hold up over time, but so far so good. I like that the side buttons still out just a bit so I can press them easier, the last couple of cases I've bought they go in too far and it's hard to adjust the volume etc.
