They Work Extremely Well For Me
I just bought another one for Prime Day, and already had one. The first one set up with zero problems. This one I had to use the syringe that comes with it and prime it. No big deal. Also, when I first plugged it in for charging it took a few minutes to light up, totally dead, but charged in the five hours like it said it would.I tried to use it, no go, I primed it: It Works Perfectly. I really like the foaming aspect of these dispensers. The one I have that doesn't foam has served me well for several years, but these foaming ones are much nicer in looks and the way they work. The first one of this type has worked well for 1.5 years now, and is very easy to deal with. Easy to fill and easy to charge.

Worked well for about 8 months, then stopped working
The dispenser worked well for about 9 months and then stopped working. I ordered the dispenser the middle of May and it stopped working sometime in December. The lights on the device looked the same as always, but the users guide said to check to make sure it is fully charged so I charged it until the white indicator light flashed saying it was fully charged, which didn’t take long. Since that didn’t work, and step 2 making sure that the soap had been watered down didn’t apply since I always used appropriate soap to water ratios, I moved to step 3. Step 3 tells you to use the syringe to inject warm water into the pipe of the machine and repeat 2-3 times until water flows out from the spout. It took more times than that until water flowed out. I heard a funny popping noise just before the water started flowing out. It worked again for about a week and then stopped working again. Once again I followed the instructions in the user guide. I tried step 3 several times over the course of a month. Water would flow out, but soap would only come out occasionally. Then the dispenser on its own started trying to pump soap unsuccessfully. I tuned off the machine and decided to let it sit for a while. Today, I decided to turn it on and it wouldn’t even turn on. I decided to charge it and when I plugged it in, the white light didn’t come on so I unplugged it. No more trying to make it work. If you want something that lasts less than a year, this product is great! Otherwise…..

Great foaming product -- until it broke
Bought this product a little over a year ago and then it just stopped charging. But it was a wonderful product when it worked.Pros: Excellent motion detection, easy instructions to understand, had no initial issuesCons: Broke about a year laterValue for the money was so-so but I will admit that it looked great in the bathroom and it did its job until it broke.

Worked well until it didn't
Had it for ~16 months and the infrared sensor stopped working correctly. I suspect water damage from trying to clean the sensor plastic. It's decent for the money but it didn't last as long as I had hoped.

Won’t dispense foam anymore
This hands free dispenser has worked great until now. I have 3 and only 1 dispenses foam. I am using the same foaming soap in all 3 so I know it’s not the soap since 1 does dispense foam still. I have followed all the directions, but no matter what 2 of the 3 devices now only dispense liquid soap and no foam.

Great! Lots of foam and rechargeable
Update: 04/2022 Had to return it because the foam did not come out smooth no matter how much I flushed out the dispenser. Always had a ton of bubbles :(I picked this soap dispenser over other similar products because it’s rechargeable, and it dispenses a good amount of foam. At first, there wasn’t enough foam, but I had it on the low setting. If you tap the power button, the light will blink, and it’s now on the high setting and more foam comes out! Hold and press to turn the machine on or off. I used regular liquid Softsoap. The ratio is 1:5 soap to water. Make sure to turn it off before you refill or charge the machine. Made that mistake lolThe other great thing is it doesn’t need batteries. Some complaints for similar products is the batteries ran out quick. This thing charges with a USB-C cable. Note that the first time you charge it, it does take long (about 7 hours). The white light will blink when it’s done charging. Red light for no power. It’s also not too noisy and doesn’t drip or make a mess by the dispenser. Would recommend & great to encourage people to wash their hands during this panini. Who doesn’t like foam lol

Great til it stopped working!
The soap dispenser worked great for 9 months, but now the motion sensor isn’t working. I recharged it and I’ve tried to clean the sensor area etc thinking maybe there was soap or something on it. The dispenser worked as long as I touched the sensor area itself. This lasted about two times but to no avail it will not dispense anymore. Very sad because I did like it.

Attractive, Convenient Product
This automatic soap dispenser is wonderful for my guest bathroom. It's nice to have a product that guests do not have to touch. The Bilaro is attractive and fits nicely next to the sink taps. I would highly recommend it.

Stop working after 3 weeks
No soap comes out after 3 weeks, even it is fully charge and I use foaming liquid. It worked very well at the begging.
