Excellent product, cleans our porcelain kitchen floor effortlessly

I love my bona mop. But the cartridge head became damaged so I ordered a new cartridge. It didn't fit my mop. Design has changed. Annoying. So I ordered a new mop. Couldn't buy mop only . So now got two cartridges. From start the trigger for the spray was temperamental. Now barely a month after purchase it hardly ever works.The cartridge is advertised as refillable. I watch the video. Quarter twist anticlockwise and pull not a chance. Can't get top off to refill. Lucky I had spare cartridge after all.But this morning trigger not working at all.I have to use a spray bottle. Mop in one hand. Spray in other.Don't see how new design improved performance. My old mop was fine.

I contacted bona because the bottle on my spray mop did not work properly. As it was my 2nd mop I knew if was not spraying properly. I spoke to someone at Bona on Friday 20th January and was told that there had been a problems with some bottles and they would send me a replacement as soon as I send them my details. One hour later I received an email saying a replacement bottle was being dispatched. I received it next day and the mop now works perfectly. Sales service could not be better.

Easy to assemble and use good value came with all the accessories cheaper as a set here than the store. Bona cleaner liquid leaves no smears on laminate unlike other non Bona products .

Bona spray mop. It’s easy to put together and has a large base with good mop pads. The floor cleaner is good also, however I’ve noticed that since I refilled the bottle it doesn’t spray well. I have to push the bottle down at the same time as operating the spray handle to get a decent spray of liquid, this is is tricky to do. I’m going to email Bona about a replacement

The mop works well at first but this is the second one I have purchased where the front piece where the water sprays out from has popped out and cannot be replaced.Why does it do this?Can’t be replaced?

The media could not be loaded.  So I thought buying off Amazon would mean safer purchases but it turns out your statutory rights are affected as they have a 30 day clause where no matter if the product doesn’t work, you can’t return it! I Bought this 45 days ago. All good until it decides that the squirter isn’t working anymore. I’ve taken out the fluid compartment and clicked it back in, sprayed out any debris which could have been occluding the sprayer and still nothing. 30 days after you’ve bought on Amazon you can’t return which has made me think more about shopping in 3D again. Our statutory rights are affected by this 30 day policy!If I’d have bought this straight from a shop, I’d be able to return this right now so I could have a fully functional product for my money. Turns out you can’t do this with Amazon. Go figure.

Muy como para usar

Ad oggi mi considero più che soddisfatta. Il mop funziona molto bene, spruzza il giusto quantitativo ed è bello solido e ben rifinito. Tra gli spray mop sul mercato ci sono molte "cinesate" infatti ci ho messo molto per scegliere quale ordinare. Questo sembra proprio di tutt'altro genere, un articolo di qualità. Certo sulla durata a lungo termine non mi posso ancora esprimere. Il meccanismo di spruzzo è quello più delicato e se si rompe è quasi impossibile ripararlo.Nota positiva anche sul fatto che mi è arrivato già carico di detesivo Bona che, a mio avviso, lava molto bene. E possibile che ne compri un flacone in futuro.

E’ già il terzo che acquisto! I primi avevano grosse problematiche con i serbatoi, risolto con questa ultima versione! Funziona bene, unica pecca è che si stacca spesso la testata, dove si posiziona lo straccio! Mi sembra che si sia già’ allentata! Spero di non doverla cambiare a breve!

Gutes Produkt, noch besserer Kundenservice! ;) Hatten anfängliche Schwierigkeiten, Flasche klickte nicht ordentlich ein, womit die Funktionsfähigkeit nicht gegeben war. Aber ein toller Kundenservice hat schnell für Abhilfe gesorgt. Top!
