Great value, and it is not a big inconvenience to separate the capsules. They are tasteless, and swallow easily when taken with food or fluids. We use them to take our pysllium husk powder, which is hard to use otherwise. The capsules really work great for this. Plus, they were delivered quickly in decent packaging.
