I started with 1 pill just to see how I felt. First day went well, I felt energized and my snacking decreased considerably. Day 2 I took it as suggested and felt ready to run a marathon. I did not feel palpitations, I felt energy and my food intake dropped drastically. I will keep you posted of my progress. My goal is to loose 40 pounds.

I wanted to try this product after taking a prescribed weightloss pill that I was no longer eligible to take due to being at a "healthy" BMI. I only needed to lose that stubborn last 5-10lbs and exercising and diet alone was just not helping. With the holidays coming up I thought I would try this. I'm here to say DON'T TRY THIS PRODUCT! Unless you want to torture yourself! Within about 10mins of taking this make sure you are close to a toilette or sink becuase you will violently throw up for about 10-30 mins!!! I guess that is one way to lose weight and get abs becuase you will throw up so hard and violently that your stomach muscles will hurt and you won't want to look at anything remotely close to food or drink!!! If you are over weight and your BMI is high. I recommend going to a weightloss clinic and get a prescription for a weightloss pill, have your thyroid checked, exercise just a few days a week or more if you like and watch your calorie intake with the app "my fitness pal". But for the love of God, stay away from this product!!!!

I will start off with saying I’m only on day 2 of this pill and I’ve lost 1.5 pound which made me happy. The energy spike I get is short at only 1 or 2 hours which is probably why they tell you to take another one for lunch. I only take the one in the morning because every time I take the pill within 5 minutes I throw up all the water and the pill gets lodged in my throat, which I then have to force down with more water. I’ve taken a lot of weight loss pills and none of them have made me puke before. No one else has mentioned this so it’s probably just me but I recommend being next to a toilet with extra water nearby when you take it just to be safe.

Caused nausea and vomiting. First day, just nauseated, so I didn’t take it next day. Then tried taking 1/2 of pill, still caused nausea and vomiting. Not returnable, non refundable. Waste of money.

I did exactly what the phentermine did to me back in the day. What they don't tell you is you need to make sure you're drinking plenty of water that's where the side effects of headaches come in. Make sure the first two days you're fasting and strictly either juicing or eating plain greens for two days straight why are you taking this to cleanse your body The pills gave me too much energy so I have to take one a day instead of the two because I could not sleep last night and it was my first night with it. But yesterday taking those 2 pills 1 in the morning 1 before lunch gave me so much energy I went to the park and I jogged walked for a mile and then even after that I had too much energy but so far they won it's good I'll post another review in a few weeks for an update.It is now November 22, 2022 update on the pills, everything good comes to an end the first week I had energy of a child then after that it just wasn't working as much as I was hoping the hunger was still there and the energy was not. At the end I under up switching to 291 Nutrition and used their shake and energy teas and that alone helped me curve those craving and hunger and the teas gave me a steady energy especially when I work those long weekend hour shifts. Over all pills work differently for every person for me sadly it did not work long term..

Not as strong as taking prescription phentermine but does suppress my appetite
