Easy enough to fit, secure once on the boots, made walking over icy terrain an easier and much safer experience. Only used them once so far, but they are always in the rucksack just in case.

Good weight to them not flimsy, definitely built to last, worn them once, felt good on the icy streets.

Bought size L for daughter's size 7 feet. Did so because of the size guide, which is unhelpfully in US sizes. After converting to UK sizes, I went ahead and ordered the large. Epic fail...they're easily big enough for someone with size 9 feet. Its a real shame, I had a pair of these previously and they were the best set of snow spikes I'd ever had. Grippy, hard-wearing and probably saved me from several falls and resulting broken bones! Shame I'm going to have to return these particular ones due to poor sizing.
