Very easy to erect. Position first with rope, then secure with fixings (not included), tensioning with the turnbucklesSeems pretty sturdy and well made.

Installation easy enough, does the job, however after three days up in good weather a one of the d rings snapped.

Good quality shade and speedy service. The first one arrived but as it was stitched from 2 pieces of fabric one piece was a slightly different colour. Not the end of the world but I messaged them and they apologised and sent a replacement immediately. First class customer service.

the sail is waterproof and here lies a problem,it sags in the middle with the huge amount of water it collects.the product itself is good and strong but not for a wet British summer

Really pleased with my Clara Shade Sail. Received the product in no time at all. The product was well packaged in a handy carry bag which is useful for storing away when not in use. The material and stitching of the product looks well made and the shade is waterproof and UV protected from the sun. I chose the triangle shade which is better suited for the shape of my garden and now up it looks amazing. I have two young children and it provides the perfect amount of shade to keep my little ones safe from the suns rays whilst giving it a very cool and contemporary look. I really like this product for its versatility. You can have it up as a permanent structure or you can untie it and move it somewhere else or even take it on a picnic. I purchased this product to cover some seating from the elements. I installed this weekend and and it was great until it started to rain. It wasn't heavy rain but the drips started coming through, especially along the seam.If you need it for shade then it's great but is definitely not waterproof.

Purchased for patio sunshade on a townhouse. Looked for a cost effective alternative to an awning. The sail arrived well packaged. Purchased fixing kit seperately, along with two pulleys. Took a couple of attempts to adjust angle. Highest points at the house side, then angled down on other two corners. With pulley system sail is very easy to put up or take down when rain is on the way. True test of sunshade will be when summer arrives but pleased with it so far.

Great quality, did the job! It's a lot bigger than I thought! Don't forget to order hardware for it (hooks). Rain did collect on it as the night went on, but there was a lot of rain and I wasn't surprised that it held it. However, one hit with the yard brush and the water all came out the side like a waterfall - much delight to all the kids!

Wie haben es als Sonnenschutz auf unserer Terasse und sind sehr zufrieden. Gute Verarbeitung und es bringt uns ein schattiges Plätzchen. Ob es wasserdicht ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir ein Dach darüber haben.
