Carbon Steel Paella Pans with Enamel Steel Handles - This gauge (2 mm body thickness) pan responds very quickly to changes in temperature. This pan is shallow with a dimpled bottom. It has two enameled green handles (oven safe) riveted on either side (These have smaller handles than the red handle models). Can be used on both stove top (not induction) and in the oven. Made in Spain. Please note: when choosing a pan, servings are in European sizes which tend to be smaller portion sizes than in North America.
