Hyland'sLeg Cramps PM, 50 Tablets ea (Pack of 4)

This product works so well. At the end of the day when my legs are tired and achy I can take 2 or 3 and go to bed. They help me to fall asleep and stay asleep without waking drowsy, and my legs don't bother me at all.

These are a tremendous aid with leg cramps, just enough to fall asleep easier.

There's not much I can say about these other than they work 100%! They do seem to make my mouth dry when I wake up in the morning but, in no way does it deter me from using them; and will continue to use them. The bonus being that they help me sleep better through the night as well. I highly recommend these for leg, foot or toe cramps.

Take at bedtime on nights I feel cramps coming on. Helps calm cramps to permit sleep. Great value on multi pack.

I have terrible nighttime toe, foot and leg cramps. I have used tonic water, which helps (Dr says it's the salt, just like using mustard, etc). When I saw these, just had to try them, and they DO work! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that they sometimes don't work very long....I wake up after 1 1/2 hours, which isn't any longer than the tonic water, so that makes the price too high for it. So I think I'm going back to using the tonic water only.They have natural ingredients, quinine being one of them. So, they won't hurt you. They have no taste, really. Just a little chalky, but they dissolve pretty quickly, and you can wash them down if you want.It didn't ask, but yes, I'd recommend them to a friend. They're easier to carry around than tonic water or mustard :).UPDATE: I've been using them for awhile now, and the last few weeks, I've been waking up at 3-4 am and not been able to go back to sleep. I attributed it to pains, etc; however, when I visited my physician today, I found that the cause is most likely the Leg Cramp Pills.......darn it! I just purchased 4 more boxes, too!He suggested drinking gatorade (has electrolites) or vitamin drinks with electrolites. so, I guess I'll see what i can do with the ones that were just delivered to me.

Easy to take, works fast and makes the night easier to bear.

Searching for relief from foot cramps--yes, FOOT cramps-- ages ago, I tried everything suggested, including ACV capsules, ACV straight shots <shiver> and Theraworx (which works GREAT for other muscle cramps, but that's another review) and finally found Hyland's Leg Cramps PM and fell in love. I've been using this product religiously for over 8 years and it has never let me down. Before bedtime every night, I dissolve 3 little tablets. Hyland's makes a leg cramp tablet that's not specifically for nighttime use, but this formula includes a homeopathic ingredient that supports going to sleep and staying asleep, and the combination with the foot/leg cramp ingredient is fantastic. Recently, I experienced an issue with one bottle and Hyland's was instantly responsive and helpful. Great product, great results, great customer service... I'd give them 10 stars if they were available.
