Works well
I have had this item for a while now and sometimes my kids let it run to zero, it charged back up just fine. I only had problems charging it once and that was when I left it in the car in winter and it got too cold. there is a thermometer that lights up tell you it is too cold. It worked fine after you let it warm up. The other issue is if you don't turn it off after using it, it will consume some power, not too much but never the less you lose some charge about 1 to 2 percent over about 8 hours period. It is nice and quiet, the fan have not kicked in yet, this maybe because we only charge phones and notepads with it.

Really impressed. better quality than expected.
Purchased this item as an extra power source in my motorhome in addition to my lead acid batteries. Contrary to one review I read on Amazon it is possible to use the outputs whilst the unit is being charged. (The importer says it is possible but it is not recommended as a long term way of working) I was also really glad to see that I could directly charge my Apple M1 Air laptop direct from the built in Type C socket rather than having to use an inefficient inverter or an equally inefficient mains adaptor via a 13 amp socket. Great for using the laptop off grid. The unit feels smaller, lighter and more sturdy than the specifications would suggest due to the sensibly designed balanced foldable handle. No easily breakable plastic rubbish for the main case which is made of thick alloy. My only negative comment would be how long it takes to charge. Whether on Mains, Solar or Car lighter it takes about an hour for each 10% of charge. When off grid I find that on a normal sunny day there is ample power to charge my lead acid batteries and the SUPA at the same time via my solar panels and then on a miserable grey day I can really make use of the extra power stored in the SUPA Lithium battery. This bit of kit is going to be a life changer for my wife and I when camping without mains electricity. Great buy.

Impressive
I bought this SUPA unit primarily for camping and so far it has impressed. You can read the specifications but they key piece to bear in mind is the Lithium Ion Sulphate batteries in this unit which provide greatly extended usable lifespan. This year we'll be using it as a 'passive' battery backup, i.e. charge it and use it, however, I can see it being used with a solar panel in future years.USB and QC ports are obviously ubiquitous these days. Another couple of USB ports would be useful, but it's not a big deal. The 240V inverter supply works well and the unit seems to have sufficient to charge my MacBook Pro a couple of times if needed. So far so good, and a very attractive price point (<£300) with a special offer voucher if that offer is still running.= = =Update at January 2022 :As this power station was used primarily for off-grid camping it has been mostly sitting idle for the past several months. I do keep an eye on the charge state and have noticed that it leaks charge much more than a normal Li-On battery, around 10% per month. Perhaps there's a trade-off with Li-On Sulphate batteries in terms of extended lifespan versus charge retention.

Overall good, a bit expensive without a discount code, lacking important features
At 299 pounds it's a bit steep 250 would make this a 5 out of 5. I did a few tests on my YouTube channel. It was a valuable bit of equipment in rustybits my transit campervan.I ran a vevor 32 ltr 12 volt fridge freezer for 25 hours. At -5 this supa power pack coped fine.Another big test was the running a 600 watt heating element. The pure sine wave inverter actually ran at its maximum 600 watt continuously with out problems. The biggest issue I have with this unit and I marked it down because you can only charge it at 45 watt maximum. Whether that is from a power brick or solar panels, this isn't really acceptable. It's is just too slow to charge. Plus you can't see watts in or out which is also very handy.Overall a good unit let down by some simple flaws which if removed would make a 5 out of 5.

Compact Powerhouse
Very pleased with the build of this product. For its size it is a powerhouse able to charge my MacBook Pro at 60 watts. Although the pure sine wave inverter has had no trouble running anything I have connected to it. (under 300W) it's output on my unit any way is only 220V a little low I thought.I bought folding 60watt solar panels to charge it and they do the job nicely, I was going to get 100 watt panels but tech reviews of the unit said the build in MPPT charge controller limits input to 45 watts max.I would have liked some kind of wattage display on the unit, telling how much input or output is being used like on the Jackery's and many others. I knew this was a lacking feature when I bought it. What swung me was the Life04 battery technology. So over all I would recommend this

Works fine, but
It does what it says, but there are some things you need to be aware of before spending your cash. Firstly this device has no auto-off so if you leave it on with nothing connected, it'll discharge itself. Secondly, you cannot power things whilst charing it, if you do, the outputs will turn on and off or stay off or stay on and it won't charge, any which way except charge and output. The USB-C PD port can only supply about 50w.Having said all that, it does provide power and seems to have a capacity around 80% of stated which is about fair for this market.

Good quality portable power station
Have boutht it for use with trickle chargers to be used while it is kept in the car. This worked well so far, have used with a 70watt trickle charger for 4 hours and the power percentage on the power station was 72% (28% used). It arrived at 58% charged, take on average of under an hour to charge 10%, not the fastest charging time as advertised. The quality of the item looks quite sturdy and the advertised 2000+ cycles was my main attraction for going for this as my usage will be very frequent.Only time will tell how good the lithium battery is and how many times it can be charged/recharged.So far impressed with this power station. After a single use the fan didn't turn on, so not sure how loud it is, will need to try out in summer maybe when the fan kicks in and can observe the noise level.
