I wish I could give it more, but the way it is written wont let me.How would I describe this book the most simple way possible... imagine your friend just came to visit, and then she comes and say - hi, I just arrived, I arrived in a train. It was a red train, and most trains are red, but it was red train and I arrived in it. Now I am here with you, because I came here in a red train. I enjoyed my travel in this train, not only because it was red, but also because this red train was loaded with very nice people.... how hard it would be to listen, it is as hard to read this book written with same manner with some nice stories between.It simply sells well because it is very well promoted

I purchased this book after I watched a FB live video where Kristina talked about it. I could relate with her stories especially as a friend is going through similar things. And so I purchased a copy and decided to read it first before sending it to my friend. I was so engrossed and needed to keep the book and get my friend another which arrived today.It is a great account of low self esteem, depression, sorrows, pain,discovering sources of joys, hope, love, fulfilment and strength, all of which can relate to every human.I am already learning slot and rediscovering myself. I pray my friend too will find some hope in it to get back up again.Thanks and God bless you K

This book is a really great read and is inspirational to all ages from, I would say late teen to seventies. As Kristina said herself in her video, today on Facebook read it yourself first so you can judge what age your teenager should be to read it and also talk to them first about the context in the book. When I am finished my copy, I'm loaning it to my boss. Keep up the good work Kristina, you are an Inspiration to everyone. I really enjoy watching Kristina's videos on Instagram and Facebook and thought this book would be filled with the same humour and self help that is in her videos. Unfortunately I was unable to take much self-help away from this book, however it was an interesting read to understand more about Kristina. From her honest accounts of her life and state of mind it helped put things into perspective a little.I would recommend this book to someone who likes Kristina and is just a bit curious about who she is but would not recommend it as a self-help book.

I have both the hardcover and the audiobook from Kristina. I have been following her for a while now so I couldn't wait for her book to come out. First I bought the audiobook which I loved listening on my way to work. I love that she narrates the audiobook, and I loved listening it last year, a time in my life when I needed to hear it the most, so I was excited to buy the hardcopy to get to know the full soul behind it.Could not put it down which is always a sure sign of a good read. Full of humour, emotion and inspiration.

This book was exactly what I had anticipated as I was already a fan of Kristina's and had become intrigued to learn more about the finer details of her background and story. I had gained some snippets from her fabulous Facebook posts but this book basically provides you with a lot more interesting detail AND some exclusive information that I didn't know prior to reading her book. This book helped provide me with an extremely positive outlook on a very difficult transition in my own life, divorce and whilst gaining some much needed advice on this topic picked up some amazing 'doable' parenting tips that I have used and been able to reap the benefits from. I would recommend this book to EVERYONE especially if you are experiencing any feelings of despair as this book is very empowering and provides advi e on gaining amazing sense of clarity, hope... And generally finding the feistiness inside you. Brilliant job Kristina, I am already lending the book to my friends and plan to donate it to my local women's refuge later if I can bring myself to part with it in the near future.

I like Kristina's youtube channel, she's fantastically warm, funny and witty. The book is perfectly fine, honest, down to earth, yet so boring. It probably feels very personal to her, but to the reader it's mostly listening to someone talking endlessly about details of everyday life, to which most of us cannot relate.

I very much enjoyed that this book was not a chronological biography. The way the chapters each contain a message with multiple examples from different times in Kristina's life without ever being confusing is incredible. This doesn't feel like someone telling you their life story from beginning to end, this feels like having a conversation with a friend - learning about them little by little as they share stories relevant to the topic at hand. Kristina has lived a lot and done a lot and grown a lot and now that I know her through the words on these pages I am learning a lot.
