Q: Is this one or two grates ?

Hi dear, the package will come with 2 pcs grates (Dimensions:12 3/8 x 19 1/4 inch for each, 24 3/4 x 19 1/4 inch for 2 PCS grates)

Q: How tall are these grates from topside to bottom side? I see someone says 1/4”, but wasn’t sure if this was top to bottom or side to side…

They are 1/4” top to bottom (and fit my grill perfectly)

Q: Need a 19.25 x 27 inch BBQ grates

Q: is the porcelain suppose to be this rough? I was expecting the grates to have a smooth finish.

Mine are rough I don't think there's any porcelain on them just straight cast iron. Spray water in a spot and let it sit see if it rust. Either way I'm perfectly happy with mine no issues.
