I initially bought this for an international flight but I got a back injury (herniated disc/disc fissure) from a car accident and this has been a god send. I use it for work to help sit for long periods of time; without it I can’t stand sitting for more than 15-30 min.I used it during a 6 hour tattoo session with my back injury; didn’t have to adjust until 3 hours in.Don’t experience the slip people stated in their reviews; highly recommend and will be taking this with me on my flight in a few weeks.

Product is just as described i need a spinal fusion i can’t sit or drive for more than 20 minutes without terrible pain, i’ve tried several seat cushions & donuts none helped, i donated them to Liberty Thrift in hopes someone else could use them..this purple seat so far is great, I'm going to test it for a hour & a half drive to my daughters grave site which i haven't been able to get to for several years, this weighs on my mind every holiday, if i survive without being in agony i’m quite sure a purple bed will be in my future..i'm excited thanks purple 💜 for making such a great product! PS i tell the truth when i write reviews theres nothing in it for us if we lie & disappoint other future buyers, just my opinion;-)

The cushion arrived quickly and in great shaped. Unfortunately, it does not relieve the back and hip pain that my wife is plagued with. We really hoped that this cushion would help. The cushion is exactly as described and works as it should, it just does not work for us. I am sure it will be excellent for someone else. Sadly, we will return it.

I'm not one to review unless I feel really negative or positive about a product. I drive 80000 miles or more a year and my backside was killing me in my new work vehicle. I've bought 3 other seat cushions and was still having severe back, hip, knee and feet pain. I decided with my new raise I would get this and OMG! I thought it was a fluke my whole body felt better after the first day. I'm about a week in and I'm feeling 100 times better. Only complaint is it needs a slope for the legs so it doesn't feel uncomfortable at times.

Love this cushion. If you sit all day at work, this is a must. I may need one for everyone chair.

I just got this today. I used a friends on Sunday sitting on a hard church pew and it worked great but this one is too hard even for the easy chair at home and is killing my coccyx. Turns out hers was a lot lighter for taking with me where I need to go, thinner and soft instead of medium. I can recommend the Purple simply one, but not this one. So if you have coccyx and sciatic problems, I think you'll like the simply one better.
