Works as described, holds radio snug, easily adjustable to the angle(s) you need. Having tried a few other solutions this approach keeps rig in view but out of the way of the vehicles controls.

This product is functional and does what is expected. Would be nice to have it made out of aluminum, but would probably be more expensive.

THIS ITEM WORKS PRETTY WELL WITH MY NEW YAESU FT-65R PORTABLE, IT KEEPS THE RADIO IN PLACE AND THE INCLUDED MIC HOLDER WORKS WELL ATTACHED TO THE SIDE OF THE MOUNT. IT'S NOT PERFECT, THE RADIO DOES WIGGLE AROUND A BIT, BUT IT'S FAR BETTER THAN JUST HAVING IT SIT LOOSE IN A CUP HOLDER, AND THE CUP HOLDER MOUNT ITSELF DOES A NICE JOB OF SECURING THE MOUNT.

This is a very well made product that puts your HT in just the right location. Glad I found this on Amazon!

I use these s in my car when I just want to run with my ht. It's all plastic so a little flexible but not terrible. Ok for the money.

This works beautifully with my 5th gen 4Runner and Midland MXT-275 Micromobile handset. Exactly what I was looking for!

For what it is, it works quite well. The plastic clasps for the adjustment could be improved, as is I could see how going off road might throw a wrench into the works. I used the double sided tape to stick the mic holder on the side of the unit which was nice. Maybe just watch how much weight you put on the unit
