Q: does it come with a belt clip or a way to attach to waist band?

Q: how long does it take to charge the battery?

I never let it get below 2 bars. To bring it to full charge from there probably takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Haven't timed it closely though.

We average a week long battery under “average” usage; average usage is taken at daily uses of 60-90 minutes (such as for those using it in a gym or athletic daily environment) If it is used in a workplace environment (all day in an 8-10 hour shift) a daily charge would be average use

Q: Can you use it at a NFL game?

I would imagine that you can if tuning to a radio station
