Perfect depth for the bandpass enclosure I've had for way too long. Deliver deep consistent bass. As close to Type-R performance as you can get with a great price.

The reviewers are telling you the truth. This speaker packs a mean punch, I ran it with a Alpine MRV-M500 Mono V-Power Amp in a sealed box. I can't be any happier with the tight bass (with no trunk rattling) coming from this one sub. I highly recommend it to all.

This subwoofer replaced a Kenwood and the difference was significantly better! I knew Alpine made great products but I was blown away. Lastly, this subwoofer is specifically for trucks and small spaces wow.

You'll need the knob for sure to fine tune the bass levels. A box had to be mounted in the rear boot to hold it & avoid rattling.
