Miracle solution for your broken zipper slider
Works very well. But remember that it matters which way it's clamped on relative to the zipper. I.e. there's a right side up and a wrong side up. The handle can be attached on either side, so it works either way just as well.Note that if you put it on an inside-out (flat part outside) zipper, the screwhead goes on the inside, which is weird, but ultimately works much better than having it on wrong. I wish this was cheaper, but they do have a killer niche covered and I've ordered more.

Does what it says
Works well with Right Line bag. Just follow the instructions and you’re good.

Sizing issues
The Large size of the Runner is supposed to cover 8-10mm zippers. I bought the large size product to replace a size 9 zipper only to find out that it was way smaller. No option for returns as well. Good quality product but with sizing issues.

Exactly as described but over priced!
I love it. It's exactly as described online. I will have to use it for some time to confirm durability. But this is terribly overpriced. I could have replaced the bag with the same amount I used to buy two of these!

Not a 3 pack as advertised!
Be warned!! Although advertised as a three pack, it is not. Only one zipper is shipped.

Amazing product
Using this bag for 10 years and now it was giving me zip issues and I thought it’s time to throw it. I didn’t wanted to throw it so tried searching how to repair it and came across this product. I bought this but the size was small so had to send it back and order different size and it worked. It only took 30 seconds to install and it has fixed and I don’t have to waste $49-$50 on new bag. So cheers will recommend to others also.

It takes work but can save you hundreds of dollars
My isinglass covers had been stored unused on the boat for 6 years. They sliders were rusted out and brittle. They were also stuck to the zipper. I got a quote to replace them (9 zippers) and it was over 1k. New covers were 2k. I was in between until I tried one of these.I used 9 of them to fix the cover to get them back on the boat. It took 2hrs of trial and error to figure it out. Here are some tips.1. Do not try to save the old ones. If they are rusted, they wont work. Cut them out using pliers or if they are really stuck in there take a flat head from the back and press/hammer forward until they snap.2. Use a lot of vaseline on both sides of the zipper before install. you want the flat surfaces to be clean and slick. Use zipper wax, or another thinner wax between the teeth. Use a paint brush to clear any debris before applying zipper wax.3. When you install, move the zipper back and forth on one side before adding the other side. You may need to play with the screw tension to make sure the second side can slip thru it before tightening it to max again.4. First time you use it on a zipper like mine, it will not work as smoothly. The zipper will jam or come off, just keep going back and forth and adding zipper wax.5. Do all of this at home in air conditioningThe best part is, its now a permanent fix. They don't rust and if they get stuck its as easy as unscrewing to remove tension. If I get new covers, I plan to re-use these on the new ones too.

Excellent product with excellent support1
CHECK YOUR SIZING!!! I need to start my review with this because I did not do my due diligence and assumed that this zipper repair kit follows the standard sizing but it's not a standard zipper clasp. This clasp is better! Let's start out with the pros!1. It does not require you to cut, break or tear out any pieces of your current zipper.2. It doesn't clip in or un-clip by bending anything. It has a thumb screw. This makes it easy to reuse the repair clasp in the event that your garments zipper ever sustains further damage or you simply decide to throw it out.3. It's designed to repair multiple styles of zipper types. Is it perfect? No, it has some cons, minimal in my opinion but given that I experienced them during my use i feel its best to keep you informed.1. Check your sizing. I was researching SO MANY different variants of repair clasps that I started to see commonalities in sizing and became complacent in assuming I 'knew' what size I needed without checking the guide first. This clasp is designed to fit a range of tracks and you need to check your sizing.2. The kit came with pieces that I had no idea what they were for. It had to research what exactly they were for as the instructions were pretty basic and made no reference to their intent.3. Size? This repair clasp is a little on the larger side. It's due to the unique deign of the product. I would imagine this being better suited for more industrial type applications. (jackets, sleeping bags, purses, tents) etc... I would not be repairing your pants pull zipper or your pretty dainty garments with this style. (Do you want a pull string on your fly or a pull ring?) :DExperience with the company has been nothing short of outstanding. I ordered a large repair kit for my alpine stars jacket that i so dearly love. Ive had that jacket for 20 years and will wear it for the rest of my life! After trying desperately to fix the zipper that broke without destroying it further, I became frustrated in how this clasp just would not stay on. After reaching out to the company they informed me i had the wrong size and offered to immediately ship the right one out. I took them up on the offer but because I was dying to wear my jacket on a ride coming up in two days time, I ordered a second set from amazon (love that speedy shipping!). Both units arrived on the same day and before my ride! As pleased as I was with the service I kept the extra one I bought from amazon. Now I have a backup if a zipper breaks on a pocket or something. All in all, I have been very impressed with the build quality this has. My alpine stars jacket from 20 years ago still looks perfect and this zipper clasp and restored it to perfection! Time to ride! GTG!

Brilliant!
My 10 year old son broke the pull on his ridiculously expensive winter coat so I wasn't best pleased. I'd bought other replacement zip pulls that just didn't work as the zip is a concealed waterproof one. I bought this is a last ditch attempt before I bought a new coat. It didn't work at first as I hadn't read the bit of the instructions that said reverse the pull for this type of zip - totally my fault obviously. After I finished having a paddy pants tantrum 🫣 I reread it and realised what I'd done. It then worked perfectly. It in fact works better than the original - yes Ted Baker, I'm looking at you, do better. Awesome piece of kit. Especially if you read the ALL the instructions before you start. 😂
