I was having terrible stomach and digestive issues and found out that I had mild fatty liver I began taking this as well as following Dr. Berg’s recommendations for fatty liver and my digestion has returned to almost completely normal and my blood work shows my liver enzymes are back to normal. I like the fact it's a liquid and is supposed to be okay at room temp however I've found that before expiration date the lid gets moldy and I question if the probiotic is safe at that point.
