When using hose the handle it sits in becomes a little flimsy. Bought to use on car so hose is used a lot to get in the crevices, suction a little better than other hand helds.

Just received this product and it seems to work fine. However, the description says the charging dock is wall mountable and it definitely is not. The cleaner sits on the charging dock, it cannot be clipped or held onto it in any way. Also the attachments sit very loosely in recessed holes and again are not clipped in. The charging dock must be placed on a horizontal surface.The other issue is with the shoulder strap. This strap comes with a clip on each end. These clips are curved with a spring section which opens up when pressed just like a clip for a dog lead. As I couldn't see any way to attach these clips I posted a question. The answer I got was that the 'posts' on the clips fitted into holes above the charge point and the nozzle at the front. These clips do NOT fit into these holes, they are the sort of clips that would need to attache to a ring or other protruding attachment. Either the strap they sent me has the wrong clips or there is something missing on the cleaner.The above points don't detract from the performance of the cleaner, which seems to be fine, but nevertheless they are advertised features and they are wrong. The strap I don't really care about, but I think describing the dock as wall mountable when it isn't is potentially more problematic as some purchasers might need to save space by mounting the unit on a wall as opposed to sitting it on the floor or a shelf or worktop.

Really liked the hose extends out to get into the corners shame it would be great if it had another attachment with a point to get into the corners.Really good little cleaner plenty of power.

This is a surprisingly well made and well finished machine. The only drawbacks were the lack of one shoulder strap attachment peg (there should be two of them), and an inability to wall mount it.

This product is a bit of a disappointment. Suction power is poor: it can lift hair, fluff, etc but gravel is too big a job for this asthmatic appliance. So, not much use for keeping our caravan clean. Back to the brush & shovel! 😬

Motor is very noisy.Awkward to use and not as flexible as expected.Switch on handle requires a greater depth of protection (a deeper well or raised wall) to prevent accidental switching on.
