I love the soft bristles, very soft and not scratchy at all. Another good feature is the double sided casings surrounding the connections - I believe a new add. This helps the sturdy handle not leak. However, the connection of the handle to the brush head is less stable and does leak, as well as the hose connection point.

Works great

Very fragile. The first time I used it, the connector snapped where the hose attaches. Shame. The bristles seem nice and very few came off during use. However, it is far too fragile to use with a hose attached.

Its works, didn't love it bit it will get the job done.I have a pressure washer setup for washer my large truck. I wanted to add a brush and bucket setup to help those hard to reach placed.The brush works well and feel like it was made well. The complaint goes to the handle. It's shorter than I would have liked and is designed to go on a hose which I don't need with the pressure washer. The handle is multiple pieces which helps with the shipping but creates a less durable solution.I kep it and will keep using it but would have went a different direction if I had to buy again.

It holds water fine and the threading works great. There are rubber washers on the end of each pole. The rubber washers obviously keep the water from leaking out. Meaning, you have to push it together snugly to not only keep the water from leaking out but also so the threading screws on correctly. I'm convinced the people leaving bad reviews about the threads not lining up and then the product leaking water didn't actually push the pieces together tight enough. They probably stopped pushing the pieces together when the female end of the pole hit the rubber washer on the male end because they encountered friction. When in reality, they needed to push a little harder so the female end goes over the washer.Then they tried to screw the pieces together even though it wasn't fully secure causing them to resort to forcing the threads on. But, since the rubber washer wasn't in place, it sprayed water out of the connections. Then they come on here leaving a bad review about how it's hard to screw together and leaks water when in reality, it's 100percent on them. Customer error.I hope this makes sense and is helpful. The product is fine. Just push the pieces together tightly.
