HawLander Lightweight Backpack for Women or Girls, Mid-Volume 20.0L

I wanted a backpack that would match my outfits. I'm a busy mom and I can't use purses anymore because I'm always packing snacks and diapers etc - I use this all the time and it looks neat and matches everything. I also bought it on sale so that's a plus.. I never see anything like this for such a good price! People want like 50 to 100 bucks for a sleek black backpack (with gold hardware !) This was perfect. I even bought one as a gift.

I think I'm in love with this backpack! I'm a college student and I'd had my previous backpack since 7th grade... as a sophomore in college it was starting to fall apart and just looked old. My old bag felt way too big and wouldn't hold my books flat so they'd find of angle into my back. So I searched through amazon looking for a smaller black backpack and this one looked nice and affordable. This back pack is relatively small but can hold a lot. I can hold two small textbooks (paperback ones not the giant hard back ones) two notebooks and my laptop. It can hold a lot but I'm not sure that it will hold really thick and heavy textbooks. I love this bag cause it has a done of pockets, it has one on the back, one on the top, the big front one, a smaller pocket inside the big one, and a laptop sleeve which has two small pockets on it. I love the pockets! The laptop sleeve works well and I keep my surface 3 in its protective sleeve and it fits perfectly. It also has the two water bottle sleeves on the sides that you can fit a normal water bottle. I put a lot in this bag but it still feels light weight and is comfortable on your shoulders as the straps have a good amount of paddding. I love this bag and feel like it works perfectly for college or could even work as an every day going out bag. I've only had it for a few days but I'm so happy I bought it! Would reccomend!

I was suspicious of the low price and expected the zippers to break immediately or seams or straps to rip or whatever. But I've used it daily for a month and not only has nothing ripped or broken, it shakes off dirt and looks new regardless of where I set it down. I didn't give it five stars because the zippers DO stick sometimes & also the material is a little on the cheap side in terms of look & feel, but, for the price, it's really an incredible buy. Also, the pockets are a good size & distribution and it's held up in the rain as advertised.

I like this bag so much. I have a 10 month old and a 4 year old, and I wanted to have a less bulky "diaper bag" option that looks nice and super lightweight. This bag looks very nice without being too flashy with too many gold hardware and zipper accents. It drapes nicely when things are inside. It's very lightweight, but fits: 4 diapers, a pack of wipes, nursing cover, snacks, change of clothes, and water bottles in the side pocket. I use the inside pockets for diapers and wipes. I have a 40oz Camelback style water bottle that fits in the outside pocket just fine. I like that it doesn't look like a diaper bag, and I could use it to run a quick errand. I purchased a couple other backpacks similar in style, but this is my favorite.

This is a lightweight backpack I bought to use occasionally, to carry light items. It's very cute in person, and I like the satin-type material which gives it more of an unstructured look - it's slouchier in person than in the stock photos. There are plenty of pockets - one on each side, a hidden compartment in the back, a zippered compartment near the top strap, and several compartments inside the backpack. Super useful.My main complaint with this item is that isn't particularly well made. The main zipper (which is a thin black zipper, not the same wide gold zipper on the front pocket) *always* gets stuck a third of the way when opening this bag. It's flimsy and I wish the manufacturers had used a wider, more sturdy zipper.Also, this is not a heavy-duty backpack - I wouldn't want to use this as a bookbag or to carry anything weighing more than a few pounds. This is very much a "fashion" bag that I could see tearing if overstuffed or filled with heavy items.
