Shocked
Being wheat free is hard, especially if you love authentic Japanese ramen. When I cheat, I pay for it as I am allergic to wheat. I have tried every ramen noodle you can think of with brown rice being it until now. If you've tried gf food or ramen you know that usually the seasoning is off or the noodles don't have the right amount of chew or flavor. 8n reality you have to use everything to trick your mind into thinking its ramen...But Gluten Free Meister really made a gf version that tastes just like the real thing. I shocked at how rich the Tonkotsu broth tastes , without any pork. Try it, its vegan and delicious.My set will expire in April 2022...I am sure I will eat it all by then but I wish there was a longer shelf life.

So much more than ramen
Used the miso flavor for this specific recipe, but we also love the tonkotsu flavor. Seasoned and browned beef, add mushrooms-brown a few more minutes, add water as specified on package, boil and add ramen, turn off heat, stir in flavor packets, kale and tofu. It’s an easy, delicious, one-pot meal. The noodles are spot on. A family favorite!

The best tasting GF ramen out there
I’ve tried many brands of GF ramen and these have the best flavor out there. So rich and yummy! The broth is super delicious. Noodles taste good and have good texture. Just try them

Best I've ever had!
I really like the texture and taste of these noodles and the fact that they're not fried is a plus. The soup flavor is rich and enough for 2-3 cups of broth. Add in veggies and protein and you get a healthy meal.I marked down 1 star because the miso flavor has too much sodium in it. It's too salty for only 2 cups of water. I ended up using another 0.5-1 cup of water to dilute it. Also I think most likely because of vitamin B2 color my urine was bright yellow like when we take vitamin supplements. Freaked me out the first time. But seriously do we even need the color? I mean being gluten free should be enough to know most of us are health conscious and care less about the noodles or the broth looking colorful.

eh... GROSS
I was so happy to find gluten-free ramen at first until we made and tried it. It was simply gross. Slimy, gluey, salty, thick broth like you added a starch. We tossed out everything, what a waste of money. And it's not cheap wither, never again.
