Agile Scrum Crash Course: A Guide To Agile Project Management and Scrum Master Certification PSM 1 Paperback – 31 May 2020

I bought this book to learn more about this method so I was prepared for a job, and It explains everything sooo well. Everyone learns differently, and sometimes all it takes is a certain way of explanation. This book explains and gives examples of all the key words in a few different ways, for example in 1 section they'll give 3 differently examples of how they explain what a keyword means, and the 3rd explanation I understood it fom how it was explained.Also, throughout the book when they move through the chapters they'll bring up something from a previous chapter because its related to this one, they'll re-explain things, like "remember this" from that previous chapter. I think its a great way to keep you remembering wat you've been reading and learning and repetition helps with learning.Its not too thick either - easy to understand and learn from! Perfect book.

Easy read and definitely gives great overview of what agile is about. Definitely recommend to anyone that is wanting a quick read on agile.

Alot of basic and general Agile Project Management terms used, although I'm coming from the perspective of a MSc in Project Management and 20+ years experience.I was disappointed that Story Points and Velocity were only briefly covered, since this can be foundational to determining the number of Sprints required.The Book is entitled 'Agile Scrum Crash Course' so may be useful to some individuals but as a senior project manager, I found it light on core concepts. Too much narrative on descriptive elements and not enough or sufficient practical applications, is my conclusion.

Hardly a crash course, this book is literally all about getting your exams passed, not actually learning anything properly

I did not pass the practice exams. The book is low on details. It just used a wide brush to talk about the subject
