I love this nasal spray. The extra ingredients, xylitol and grapefruit extract, make it safe and effective. I am able to sleep much better after using Xlear.

As I'm sure you know you can't use a nasal decongestant for more than three days in a row. This doesn't work quite as well but it does help and you can use it every day.
