effective in minimizing facial pores and less muscle cramps. but i am allergic to this product and notice that i gained weight after 2 bottles. too bad.

When I fell while running, both my knees, elbow, and side of my palm got pretty bad abrasions. It took nearly a month to heal, but the abrasions left my skin dark reddish color. The discolored skin did not return to normal over a year. I thought the discoloration was to stay, but I decided to try this collagen to see if it would help. I really should have taken the pictures of my discolored skin of my knees, elbow, and palm as a record, but amazingly the darkened skin started to show noticeable improvement about a couple of weeks after taking this collagen. About a month later, the color of the damaged skin returned to normal. I was unable to find where the abrasions were anymore (except for the elbow because of its bad scar tissue). This collagen really did a terrific job repairing my damaged skin. I still think it was miraculous. If anyone has a similar issue, I recommend trying this collagen. I have taken this collagen on and off for the past 2 years. I take 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening.

I took the tablet for 3 weeks & it didn't work for skin , i noticed when I take this it gave me acne on my back and around my forehead I'm not sure I'm allergic to it but can't read Japanese . Please write English direction

Don't drink it during your period. It stops the blood flow. Its a good product, I notice my skin get brighter and brighter. However, it doesnt help my acne or acne scars much. Its good if you already have a good condition of skin not problematic skin like mine. But I will still purchase a second bottle since it helps brightening.

Good size of collagen pill. It would say this is the smallest size of collagen tablet I ever take. In term of result, I have to wait for while to comment but so far so good. Taking 5 tablets daily with no difficulty!

飲み始めて1週間ぐらいですが効果が有ったのが肩こりです。最近凄い肩こりだったのですが、美容目的で安いプラセンタとこちらを同時に始めてみたら肩こりに効いたのでプルプルになれなくても肩こりの為に飲み続ける事になりそうです。1日6錠で25日分なのですが、1月持たせたかったので就寝前に5錠にしてます。あと消費期限は新しい物でもほぼ1年ほどなので買いだめはしないで、まめに購入した方が良さそうどす。タンパク質なので熱に弱いと思うので40度以上の飲み物では飲まない様にしています。追記ただ今2瓶目です。やはり肩こりには効いてるみいです。肩から二の腕までのつらさが今はほとんど無いです。首のこりにはえごま油を追加すると良い感じになります。美容的効果より肩こりがなくなって幸せです。色々試しつて治らなかった肩こりが、こんな形で治るなんて。あと毎年ハンドクリームを色々揃えるのが楽しみだったんですけでこの冬は ハンドクリームほとんど使ってないのに気が付きました。指先とかいつも切れたりしてたけど大丈夫です。やっぱり肩こり以外にも効いてました。それから2錠に減らしてみたら肩こり復活しました痛たたた…。☆2018年9月で生産終了したそうです。なのでメーカーさんは賞味期限に気を付けて下さいと言ってました。今のところ錠剤で代わりになる物を出す予定は無いそうです。残念ですー。
