AO is no longer something i take bc of thw cost, but if you can afford it, do so! The first time i took it was within Mannatech's packet formula. Immediately, I could recall details to piano songs from my youth. Played them with amazement. Not kidding. During the duration of taking Mannatech, i rarely even caught a cold. My system WAS prone to ear infections, however, and learned that many ppl take AO in lieu of antibiotics. Therefore, I'd suggest complimenting AO with a daily probiotic, or take regular ambrotose... One more share. Once I nicked my side rushing past a corner in my home. I was abt 28 yrs old then. The darn open wound wouldn't heal! Finally I mixed powdered ambrotse & Neosporin. The next morning thw wound was closed over and near healed. I was in shock. Ambrotose works.

I've used this product for several years and it's definitely helped my auto-immune disorder. The true test is when I've gotten off of the product for a while and my symptoms reappear. I have actual lab results that show the improvements it's made and my doctors are amazed to find out that the only thing I changed was adding this product. I'll never stop taking it again.

This a a repeat order. We have been using this item for many years. Used to get it from the company before Amazon carried it. At least 25 years. Need I say more?
