A great light for cave exploration!
I have experienced that the warm light cuts right through the heavy air or fog in a cave, where bright light seems to light up the fog. This warm light is bright enough to take non flash photos and brings out the color better than the bright white lights. This pictured lava tube cave in Washington State has some decent colors within the lava that can only brought out with the warm light design. The other cavers lights cast a blue color which can ruin my photos. I tried to avoid their lights as much as possible.

Amazing Headlamp!
This headlamp is a good mix between brightness and battery life depending on what settings you use. The brightest turbo mode makes a wall of daylight in front of you that extends for maybe 100 feet, but only lasts for a short time. The turbo modes also trip the LED overheat circuit when left on for too long in hot climates. The regular high mode is good for overall brightness and battery life. My only pet peeve is the magnetic charging base. It charges so slow it is almost useless and the magnet gets accidentally stuck to everything if you're working with anything made of steel like cars or metal shavings. Please make a non-magnetic base option!

Do not change
The product is defective. Changed it for half the day, it was working for a few minutes and died. After the next charging (almost 10 hours), the charging light was still blinking like it wasn’t charged, worked for a few minutes and died again. Also some parts that were mentioned in the description were missed.

Great light
I prefer the nichia over the warm but it's a great light nonetheless. Warm appears to cause more glare than nichia for negligible extra brightness.

Bought a second item and it's defective again.
After one year stopped charging. Checked with an external charger, the battery is OK. That's a second defective flashlight out of three I've bought. Lame

This little anglehead flashlight is unique and very useful.
This little anglehead flashlight is unique and very useful. This is the one I use most and I have a lot of flashlights, even in this size range.

Very impressed
I've gone though many flashlights and headlamps and got tired of always carrying around a flashlight along with a headlamp on adventures. This has the ability of being both and it is plenty bright to were I am going to retire my 3000 Lumen led lenser flashlight. It is not as bright as that flashlight but is pretty darn close. With the small size and light weight it no longer makes sense to carry around the bulky flashlight.Good Stuff:Waterproof. Had several water encounters including full submersion for about 5 minutes and there was no visible water penetration.Tons of settings from super dim for using in tents at night to super bright for seeing stuff far away.It remembers your settings so one click turns the light off and another click resumes the setting you were on. No need to cycle through a million modes to turn the light on or off.Very wide light. No big spot of light in my field of view. Feels natural.Color temperature is perfect. All colors seem natural. Hiking at night feels much more pleasant when seeing natural colors and not blue shifted garbage.Easy to remove the light from your head and use as a flashlight while leaving the strap on. It is also easy to put the light back on the strap while it is on your head. The strap has a safety bungee that can go over the light so it doesn't fall out of the slot it mounts to. Great if you're jumping around somewhere and don't need to quickly switch between a headlight and flashlight.Great price. I am surprised it is so close in brightness to my $200 LED lenser flashlight. I never actually need full brightness for an extended period of time and much prefer a smaller form factor with overheat protection than a bulky light that can go full brightness forever.Neutral Stuff:User interface takes time to learn but I do understand why they did it that way. I can't think of a better way to switch through that many brightness settings. It is very nice that is has that many brightness adjustments so it is a necessary evil I assume.Unscrewing the battery cap by 1/4 of a turn will disable the light from turning on. I presume this is a safety feature so the light doesn't turn on in your bag or pocket. The issue is you have to perform the 1/4 turn to charge the light and it is an extra step that feels unnecessary.Bad Stuff:The strap loosens up after being thrown into bags and pockets. Requires frequent adjustments. The magnet. Haven't found a good use for it yet. It just gets in the way. Small metal objects from my table or dresser stick to it and I have to unstick them when picking up the light. Also when working it tight spaces in a car, sometimes the light will stick to a panel and it can get very annoying.Needing to twist the battery cap 1/4 of a turn in order for the light to charge and then retightening it for the light to work after charging. It is an extra step that seems unnecessary.
