Dexam Non-Stick 12 Cup Madeleine Pan

You get what you see and pay for. Arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Made a few trays of madellines with it and they came out as expected in regards to the shape and size.

Very sturdy baking tin,I imagine it will last years.It arrived the day after I'd placed the order and I made my first ever batch of Madeleines that afternoon which were declared 'yummy' by the rest of the family!The cakes turned out of the tin with no sticking after baking and it was easy to hand wash afterwards-in the product guidlines it does actually state it can be put in a dishwasher but I don't think I'll risk possible damage to the non stick coating. I've got several Madeleine recipes in different books but used the one out of the Hairy Bikers current book 'Big Book of Baking'(also purchased on Amazon!)but instead of flavouring with vanilla extract I used orange oil extract and finely zested orange rind DELICIOUS!!

Having a small oven, I have struggled to find a madeleine mould which can fit in it. The repartition of mould is quite clever. There is 12 madeleines in a smaller space. I am so happy!

It's sturdy and the non stick coating woks well. I would prefer if it has a seam between the actual mould and the tray hence the four stars only. The lack of seam makes it difficult to judge when you have filled enough which means that the first time around I did just that in some cases.

I bought this for my 8 yr old granddaughter, as she wanted to bake madelaines during Lockdown.
