So I decided to grow a beard first time I have done it, but it came out ginger against my natural hair which is like a mouse brown.I thought I would give this product a go and to be honest I’m pleasantly surprised with the outcome not only does it not look like it’s on, it stays on even if you scratch it!It’s small but worth every penny if it works and it does what it says on the tin!This stuff naturally blends with my sideburns and looks really good!!Definitely buying again when I run out..

Although this product is easy to apply and covers extremely well, the coverage adds to its downfall I feel as it gives an unnatural appearence, like a lego beard. This isn't helped as it is really matt, there's no shine like hair naturally has.If you have a small patch of grey than I thjnk this would work, but it's not good for a lot of greys

As a bald guy since my early 20s( I’m now 56) I’ve always had some sort of facial hair in the way of compensation. Alas, to add insult to injury, my facial hair was turning grey/white by my early 30s. I discovered a well known brand and used this with no problem for many years. At some point, they must have changed the formula as I started breaking out in sores, itching/burning and general discomfort. This was about ten years back. I’ve since used the product maybe once or twice since, same result. I searched high and low for an alternative and came across ‘beard mascara’. I have to say, it’s been a game changer. My beard is virtually white now btw. The product is very easy to use and won’t wash off in the rain( thankfully) it will stain collars etc if you’re not careful so just be mindful of this. You can use as much or as little as you want. I used to cake it on for full coverage but I now go for a more natural/ subtle look and this in my opinion works better for me and is like likely to stain as a result. This is the beauty of this product. You can play around with the look. I’ve also dropped shades from a dark brown to medium/light for a more natural appearance ( for me) I believe I’ve finally found the sweet spot after much experimenting. The product lasts quite awhile if used sparingly and most importantly, there’s zero irritation. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Ok so light brown is ginger. But it does colour the greys. However it feels horrid. I'm a beard oil user to used to soft beard hair. This makes it feel like you've creosoted your beard. Bit does do what it says. I'll use the mrs' mascara next time though.
