Excellent quality mature cheese
Amazing flavour. Great on its own or with crackers or part of a ploughman's. My only complaint, hence the 4 stars rather than 5, is the inconsistent packaging. Sometimes it arrived in a box with wood shavings, which was ideal. On other occasions it was in a plastic bag inside a piece of folded card. As a result, it frequently arrived damaged or 'sweaty'. I subsequently stopped buying it for this reason. I ordered the same product each time, but packaging was an issue.

Excellent cheese
Yes this cheese you’ll never go hungry, made just up the road from where I live. Paid excellent price however now you have put up some £4:00 per item would be reluctant too buy any more !!.

Good but packaging lets it down
I love this cheese and order as much as possible. However it isn't kept chilled in transit and on this occasion (summer heatwave 2022) the wax and cheese had been compromised - if it could be delivered chilled I think it would help the products quality.

This cheese is absolutely delicious

Weight.
The 200g label should not be including the wax. And as for the revue, the cheese is to mature to handle the suttle aroma of black truffle you just end up looseing the taste of truffle it more a suttle after taste which is fine but not sink into your couch taste it's the matureness of the cheese, over wellms everthing.

A good product Spoiled by inadequate packaging !!The Wax covering on the Cheese, was broken in several places - Due to the Packaged being heavily handled & thrown about during transit.The Cheese content had “Wept” moisture into the Cardboad Packing Envelope & The Result arrived as a “messy greasy lump” Which was most disappointing when the Full Cheese, had been intended to be a gift for a rather special occasion.

This cheese is completely addictive. With a lovely stong taste and a nice texture. I had to stop myself eating the block in one sitting
