Two months supply.
I was pleased to try this 'Eye Vision Macula Health Supplement | Lutein, RR-zeaxanthin & RS-zeaxanthin | Bilberry & Pine Bark Extract | Vitamins C & E, Zinc & Copper | Vegan 60 Capsules'. I take this type of supplement, with the same sort of ingredients, all the time. I have found that when I take them that I get eye pressure level readings a couple of points lower than when I do not take them. I only have a test once per year but I am happy, myself, that they help me.1. You get 60 capsules in a nice flat shaped bottle with a pull off lid. Under the lid is a foil safety seal.2. The capsules themselves are about 2cm x 0.6cm, so not too big to take. I find that they slip down easily.3. The dose is 1 capsule per day with water and food. With the 60 capsules you get 2 months supply.4. The ingredients are 'An Advanced Vision and Eye Health Formula' - including Vit E, Vit C, Zinc, Copper, Bilberry extract, Pine Bark extract, Lutein and Zeaxanthin.5. The best before date on my bottle is 10/22.6. They are manufactured in the UK.7. The price of £19.97 is a little more expensive than some others that I have taken.

Include 10mg of lutein, the recommended amount
I like to take a Lutein based supplement to ward off macular degeneration. I like it to have 10 mg, which this does have. It also has 2 mg of zeaxanthin. These supplements tend to put in other stuff as well. In this case it's vitamin E, vitamin C, zinc, bilberry extract and pine bark extract. This gives you you 100 % of your vitamin C intake so you might not want to to take other supplements alongside this. It also gives 100% of your zinc and 50% of your copper. You take one of these capsules daily with food. They are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. They are made in the UK in Benfleet, Essex. There is a website. These last until 22/10. These are not especially cheap at nearly 20 quid a pack. I'm not sure I'll switch to these, but they appear to be suitable for anyone who likes to take a lutein suppliment.

Easy to take, hope they work long term.
Very easy to swallow with no after taste. I take two at breakfast time with a glass of water then forget about it until the next day, simple and fuss free.My optician says of them that there is no conclusive evidence that the ingredients will prevent horrible things like wet AMD, which my mother had, but there is certainly no harm in them and he believes that they will “probably” help prevent or reduce eye problems so I’m very happy to try them. I will continue with them, providing the cost is reasonable, as I believe your eyesight is extremely precious having volunteered with a charity for people with sight problems for a few years.

Comprehensive formulation.
This is a very comprehensive eye health formulation. Along with the normal ingredients of lutein, zeaxanthin and bilberry, it also has vitamins E and C, along with zinc, copper and pine bark extract. It comes in the form of a regular sized capsule which is very easy to take with water. It is not inexpensive, being nearly £20 for two months' worth, but eye health supplements are not cheap anyway, so it is not unexpected, especially with the extra ingredients. I am certainly happy to take it as I am at an age where I want to protect my eyesight from any unwanted consequences.

Good
I like this style of tablet packaging - it's very slim-line, so you can fit more of them in your medicine cabinet.You get 2 months' of tablets - 60 tablets, one a day - for just under £20, so they're decent value. The tablets themselves are small, and tasteless, so they go down easily.If your optician or doctor has recommended you take this sort of formula, they're very highly recommended.

For your eyes only!
Very good quality, and easy to swallow. I like the fact that the container is slimline and compact - it's easier to store than the circular bottles. I take eye supplements due to both ongoing sight issues and the possibility of hereditary visual impairment down the line, and I'm confident that these will help me.

easy to swallow
This eye vision macula health supplement is great! This comes with Lutein which is good! this consists of 60 pcs which is good for 2 months. its easy to swallow. no aftertaste. but a bit pricey compared to the ones I am currently taking.

Okay
These are easy to swallow and there is little taste or smell. The content is quite comprehensive but the evidence isn't there yet for some of the things that you get with this but it hasn't seemed to me any harm.
