I literally just bought these because I broke my favorite mug about a week ago. Now I'm so happy I did!!!! This porcelain cup is the best purchase iv mad all year! Both came completely intact and with all its parts. It holds temperature very well is perfect for my tea collection!

While this set is smaller than you would think( maybe 6 ozs) from the photo, you have to remember it’s not an everyday study type of ceramic breakfast mug. It’s beautifully made, the colors are a nice combination of deep red and gold. I would say it’s an elegant china tea cup. It is light like a porcelain product instead of the heavy ceramic you would expect for a “mug”. That being said, I liked it. One caveat, it says to hand wash so I would assume not microwave safe either.

I purchased the vibrant red and use this everyday with loose leaf tea or without the inner strainer if using tea bags. The mug is comfortable in the hand and delightful to look at. It's pretty enough to keep on display in the kitchen. Love it.
