Rubbermaid 2-Step Ladder, Aluminum Lightweight Folding Step Stool with Project Top, Silver, Tested to US Safety Standards, No Assembly Required

The main reason that I ordered this Rubbermaid Step Stool is that the legs have rubber "feet" that do not slide on tile or porcelain floors. Many step stools do not offer the rubber grips on the legs.It has a very slight wobble -- one leg must be slightly out of alignment with the other three legs -- and I probably would not have noticed it had I not been so vigilant to check-it-over to be sure that I like it. I didn't spend a lot of time looking for the reason for the wobble because it was very slight.I also like the way that the first step is mounted on the legs.I plan to use it in the bedroom closet when I am placing sweater boxes and other items up on the top shelf. Because it is so lightweight, I do not think that I would recommend it for really tough projects that require a solid, heavy platform for safety.

Light weight but sturdy and easy to move around. You feel secure standing in it. Easy to fold and put away!

Its easy to open n close. The steps r sturdy n theres places to hold onto which is important for us older folks.

Only five pounds -- easy to lift and move. Collapses and fits in a snug space in my laundry room. Sturdy. No wiggling or tipping when I climb up on it. A handle to grab onto when climbing it and descending from it. I have only had it for a short time, but it has already been a blessing. So I would recommend it. It is more expensive than some others, but I believe the quality of it makes it worth a higher price. I expect to use it safely for years to come.

I have had this little ladder for quite a while now and have used it often to perform many tasks around the home. It was awesome for putting up Christmas lights, painting rooms and changing out light fixtures. Great light weight step ladder that I can trust to give me a hand up whenever I need one. I love how I can close it up and stick it behind a door and forget about it when I don't need it.

This step stool is very light weight and easy to move around with just one hand. Folding up is easy with one hand as well. Even though this stool is more expensive compared to other ones one can find online or hardware stores, this one is aluminum while others are steel -- which are a lot heavier than this one. The fold out platform is quite secure too.

I bought it for painting a room with 9 foot ceilings and changing a light fixture. It was more than adequate. Generous shelf and handy tool holder. Only negative was the rungs were a bit uncomfortable after standing on them a while, but not a major issue. Its just what I needed and an acceptable price. Easy to store inside.
