Works great!
It works good however I have an odd problem bot related to the SSD. When I cloned the drive and changed the boot order in the BUOS everything was fine. Then to tell which was the old HDD I disconnected the old HDD and booted from SSD. All of the sudden in file explorer the drive shows up a drive F:/ not C:/ and has baquestion mark next to it. In disk utility it shows both drives as the SSD being C:/ and the HDD being E:/. However in file explorer it does not recognize the HDD at all and the SSD (drive F:/) has a question mark next to it and I can't seem to get it changed or access files. Both drives are not corrupted as the computer boots fine from both the HDD and the SSD. I should have just used disk utility to figure out which drive was which when I was going to format the old HDD. Know I'm stuck trying to figure out how to get this fixed. 20 command lines later and changes in partitions and the boot order and UEFI or Legacy and still no results. I'm going to have to call a professional. But the SSD itself is excellent, computer boots in 5 seconds couldn't be happier. It's just the file explorer problem that angers me because if I wanted to access program files for example I wouldn't be able to. Everything else like I said is fine. Can download, surf the web, run applications, no problem....

My 1TB SSD : Faster than before.
I had a 500GB big hard disk desktop, that was slow to boot up, got SSD with 1TB capacity. The size is thin and looks like a small light metal box, sturdy, but do not press hard, it's a device that will hold your important data.Did what I needed to copy the disks, did not need to format or partition. After doing multiple boots as comparison, it used to take me 2+ sometimes 4 minutes on old big hard disk , now takes 20 seconds, ehh maybe 26 seconds, from power on to asking for my login password. Was worth the money. The apps like Adobe, Word, opens up in a flash, wait time 4 seconds or so. Am very happy with the speed.

Read this before buying.
I bought this SSD drive a few years ago. It's 2 terrabytes. I thought I might need more space because I store a ton of stuff like VST music plugins. But to my surprise even though I've stored so many things into this drive, I've only used half of the space in it (which is about 1 TB.) I have never had a problem with this disk. It is super fast because it's a Solid State Drive. That's about it. I love it.

Went off without a hitch
My mom's computer's hard drive crashed. I had reinstalled Windows once, but it crashed again. This time it said "Windows has left the computer," or some sort of message. I ordered this one, it got here in two days. I had researched it, and had a bag of old computer screws I had bought for other projects. I found the 2.5" bay I also had read, and used four smallish screws. If you order one you might want to add some screws--you'd think they'd send four with it, but they didn't. Regular computer screws are a little too big. IF I hadn't had that bag of varied screws I would've had to wait.I plugged in the USB stick I had just downloaded Windows 11 on and had the smoothest and quickest install ever. I downloaded all of the programs (took much longer) and I've got mom back up and running again, or actually since she's 94, walking with a cane.It is true. These SSD drives do make the computer zippier. And the SATA plugs matched perfecly with the 9 year old one, something I had also researched. Still, when they clicked into place proper it gave me a good feeling. Nothing to complain about here.

Great Product
First off I’ll start by saying the package was revived on time and in good condition. This is a great hard drive. I’m using it in my gaming computer. There aren’t really any cons to this product. It’s a good amount of storage for what I’m using it for, it works fast, is reliable and is a SSD.Overall a great product and good value for the money.

Computer life extender!
Revived my dying iMac. My mechanical drive was getting extremely slow and about to fail but replacing the drive with a solid state drive the same size was much less expensive than replacing the computer. Physical replacement was a snap but I used a professional to ensure my iOS and all of my data was preserved. My Mac works and boots up faster than when it was new.
