Paint was Old or Frozen
Paint was either old or frozen and was not consistent coming out of bottle. It was shipped during extreme cold 0 or below, and this is why it may be no good.

bad consistency
I got this in the larger bundle of colors and it's terrible. It doesn't spread out or adhere to any surface, just gets pushed around by the brush like gelatin. Unusable.
