Firestik SS-3H Stainless Steel Heavy Duty CB Radio Antenna Mount Spring (BULK)

Works seamlessly with Firestik magnetic mount and Firestik antennas. It (and the antenna) does tend to produce a little extra wind noise that I wasn't used to, but it's not loud and shouldn't interfere with what you hear from your CB.

I have this attached to a 2-foot Fire-Stik, on the mirror of a class-8 truck. It does fine. There is some small amount of movement at highway speeds, but it doesn't flop around. More like a wiggle. It would probably handle a 3-foot Fire-stik, but I don't know about the longer ones. I tried the "medium duty" with the same antenna, the spring was not stout enough for the fire-stik - the antenna was flopping all over at highway speeds. I do have the medium duty spring attached to a lighter, smaller diameter 2-foot antenna, on the other side of the truck, it does fine.

Spring works ok . It’s not Stainless finish . It rusts after 2 weeks of being installed. Poor finish . Don’t waste your money on it .

good deal but you will need to ground the antenna because i had to, swr were not good until i did that. Product is very hardy i deal with a lot of trees in my driving in making delivers so trees r not fun so these help a lot.

Strong spring for my cb antenna. Helps to prevent damage to my antenna from low hanging tree limbs. Highly recommend.

So far so good no rust or anything I heard some people had antennas that wouldn't bend on the highway but mine does. It makes sense it being a 4 foot fiberglass firestik.

Just what I needed. I had the medium, but wasn't strong enough.
